Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

What a lovely stay. The hotel is classy and rooms had the cultural touch. The buffet breakfast was good especially the bread. The service provided was good too. There were many places in the hotel for photos. Will go again if not that the journey there is just too far from Hanoi.

Hotel is rather far on foot from bus station and is located over 1km away from Sun Plaza. However, that location is nice as there are lots of lights and restaurants not too far from. Lobby staff could speak English fine, but the maids were not able to communicate at all. Room was inexpensive, large (for the price), clean, though a little dark as ours was under ground level. Items, especially water, in the mini fridge were quite tricky to identify the free ones from the rest as there was no price list nor any label. Overall, highly recommended just for the price alone.

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

My partner and I had the most relaxing 2 nights here. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They did everything they could to make our stay stress free. All of the services are top notch (the spa, the restaurant, the reception). The food was super fresh. The location is far enough away from the town centre that it’s not noisy at night, but it’s only a 7-10 min walk. We always felt safe walking around the area when it was dark. The view from our room was spectacular (unobstructed!). I would stay here again (and for way longer!) in the future.

I stayed for 3 nights and I was well re-engineered for 3 days.
The view is good even though I was assigned to the second floor. Good morning Vietnamese restaurant nearby is really delicious and color bar! It's a porridge.
If there is a downside to the accommodation, the minority craftsman at the entrance is followed by traders to act as a hoarder.. Refusal is also exhaustingㅜ
Is it strange on the stairs up the second floor?
The second floor room is too noisy in the morning
I think it's better to be assigned to more than three floors.

I booked a family room because I was traveling with my parents.
The location was close to downtown Sapa, so it was easy to walk around, and it was worth walking to Cat Cat Village. When you come back.. Ride a motorcycle hehe
The accommodation was large and clean, but there was no hot water in the accommodation. The person who repaired it came and fixed it, but lukewarm water instead of warm water came out, making it uncomfortable to wash.
It was annoying to go out in the evening, so I used the restaurant inside the resort, but it was fine, and the breakfast was delicious.

GGuest UserReally good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights. This hotel was run by a family who were very welcoming and helpful with local tips. The host spoke very good English. Laundry service was good. Breakfast was plentiful and the banana pancakes were particularly yummy. We stayed in an Executive Room with lovely mountain views. What we liked most about this hotel was its location – just a few minutes walk to the main square (plenty of cabs, buses and private car options) & the ticket office to catch the train and cable car to Mt Fansipan. We also walked to Cat Cat Village a short distance away which was easy via Google Maps (no guide required at all). There is also a short cut from this hotel to the start of the walk to Ham Rong Mountain with beautiful gardens. There is no dinner option at this hotel so we ate dinner at the Morning View Mountain Restaurant – a lovely family run restaurant with very reasonable prices. I would recommend the Sapa Horizon Hotel to our family, friends and work colleagues visiting Sapa.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because of the reviews of how friendly the manager was, and we were not disappointed. We arrived at his door at 6am with no booking, and he took care of us and stored our bags. Me and my husband came down with the stomach flu, and he pointed us to nearby pharmacies, helped us with English-fluent advice on medicines, offered to make us soup every time we saw him, and bought us some instant soup packets that we could make in our room and turned out to be the absolute perfect thing to help, becoming the only thing we ate for a full day. When I came for towels late in the night to cool my husband’s fever, he offered a tip with oil and warm rags that worked to cure the fever. Once we recovered, we were on our way out the door on a cold drizzly day and my husband didn’t have a coat, and this man literally gave him the coat off his back. I can tell he went into the hotel business because he cares about people, and we could feel it at our stay. I have no idea what we would have done on our trip to Sapa without him. Hotel Snow is a hidden gem, clean, and beautifully decorated and designed, and is worth 5 stars for the business owner alone.

빛빛나I arrived at dawn and the door was closed, but there was a phone number outside so I was able to get in. After getting the key, I got up in the morning and asked for breakfast time, and it was already past. When I returned to the accommodation, he immediately knocked on the door, allowed me to eat breakfast, and made additional menus. I asked for tourist attractions, and they were so kind that they planned all the schedules, including prices and routes on the map. All the people in Sapa seem to be kind. The hotel conditions are motel-level, but the service is no less than a 5-star. The weather was bad and there was a lot of fog, but the bed wasn't damp either.

The minuses are the signal of wifi too weak and the breakfast is not diverse, may be because the affect of corona disease. But any way i still rate 5* and will be back

BBubiandelianpangA family B&B in the tourist area of Sapa Town, Lao Cai City. You do not need to show your passport to check in. The boss is a middle-aged man who can communicate easily in a little Chinese and English. He is also down-to-earth and enthusiastic and will not rip off customers. Check in directly after booking on Ctrip. I chose the twin room alone. The room was quite spacious and tidy. It is a beautiful walk through Sabah Lake 1 km away from Sabah Plaza. In winter, the temperature is a little cold in the morning and evening, but as a northerner, I can accept it. The room price is more than 120, which is very affordable!

Booked through Agoda. The room was ok from photo but in reality it was far less than what is presented. Room is small with poor lighting (natural and lit), also need some upgrade on furnitures and TV programs. I also had trouble with getting the hot water to work where I had to ask the reception twice for help. The first boy don’t understand water is not hot but warm then left me in the room. So I had to go up again a second time. The second boy came and let both the sink water and shower water run for 3-4 mins and then finally we got the hot water came. Such a wash on water! Could do better with upgrading the hot water system. I feel guttered that I have to make the water run to waste everytime I need a hot shower. Lucky it will only be 2 nights.

I had a great experience for 3 nights here: - The front desk staff to the service staff, the kitchen are all enthusiastic, friendly, ready to help me. - Mr. Vu, owner ksan and Ms. Le are extremely gentle, I was invited to attend a birthday of a staff member on the 3rd day at the hotel. The feeling is very close and as if every guest who comes here is greeted by the brothers and entire staff like family members. - The hotel is only less than 300m from the center of the square, if going the exit is the stairs down to the center, it may be closer than that around 270m. - The hotel has a view overlooking the majestic Fansipan peak, the price is extremely attractive, and the quality must be called beyond the price range. - Each bedroom has full of very chill LED lights, with a heater, this mattress I slept all night but it was hot and sweaty. In addition, there is a USB charging cleaner, charging 220v. - The bathroom has a heater, hot water 24/24h . - Wifi is tight. - The hotel has cable car ticket booking service, motorbike rental, trekking tours, ... - The hotel serves breakfast, coffee, fruit, ... Summary: I totally recommend this hotel for those who want to experience Sapa travel in the most unique way , the most economical. This is the first experience of staying at the fancy hotel in Vietnam and I feel really great. I stayed at Sapa Capsule Hotel from 27-30/1/2023 , I confirmed that these reviews are completely my personal, I don't receive money from any organization or company to write.
