Warsa's Garden Bungalow and Spa

On arrival it took around 15 minutes for a staff member to come to the desk even after running the bell. We Booked 2 rooms. One for my partner and I and one for my father. The rooms smelt really bad of damp and mould. The walls were mouldy Rooms weren’t fully prepared. There was one towel in my father’s room (this was damp) and no towels in our room. We had an air con remote and he didn’t. We also had a kettle but no cups and he had no kettle or toilet roll or cups. The bed had a duvet with no cover on just a flat sheet over the top of it. The duvet was stained and looked very dirty. After about 30 minutes We decided to check out and move hotels.

Except for the mold on the ceiling, the room was comfortable and clean! The bathroom was new with a good shower. The position of the hotel is cool , near to one of the main road of the city but quiet from the loud of it! Super suggested, staff kind and gentle and the breakfast also was delicious!

Fantastic location, clean swimming pool, working AC, and a very comfortable bed. However, the room had a lot of ants and no amenities besides toilet paper were provided. Overall, it's perfect for a short stay. There was almost never anybody at the front desk.

The room is not clean properly still there was some people stuff and even there is no towels and toilet accessories. When I look for staff there are not at receciption. I asked them prepare bearkfast little bit early because their is start little late.

Pros: Location and Price. Details: Wifi is spotty, depends on what room you take, I had to check the wifi speed in more than 3 rooms before finalizing the room. For me the wifi speed was very important. No filtered water, toiletries or coffee/tea/kettle in the room. Ambience is really bad, paint peeling off, bathroom door with no handle, one ceiling light only that gets into your eyes when you lie on the bed. All rooms have exactly two wall outlets that are located way far away from the bed. Totally inconvenient if there are two or more people with multiple devices (plus you need a travel adapter since the room's wall outlets do not support international plugs). AirConditioning is pretty bad in all the rooms that I toured, at the coldest temperature setting the room really was barely cool, plus the a/c was super noisy and irritating. Breakfast was pretty basic one omelette one toast a small fruit bowl and coffee/tea , not worth it if you have to pay extra for breakfast. Most rooms were pretty bad, feeling of a 1star(or lower) hotel  The room I chose had the best mattress and wifi connectivity among all(3+ rooms) the rooms that I toured. Most of the property was vacant, however, the staff refused to give a complimentary late checkout (I asked only for 1 hour late checkout).
