The hotel is okay, but it just happened to be under renovation recently, and I kept digging through the wall when I was resting in the afternoon. Then because of the renovation, they didn't have enough rooms. We asked them for late checkout several times and they only gave us until 1 o'clock. Not very human. The interior of the room is okay, but the door is not windproof. When the wind and rain are blowing, you can always hear the whine of the wind from the door and window. Children can be a little scared at night. It has been renovated but not a big change, it is still a bit old. But the room was quite comfortable.

High highly recommend. Friendly professional staff. The villas were spotless. Private pools, beautifully kept, and surrounded by plants. Breakfast was really good, and having coffee delivered to the room was a real treat. Toilets were really clean. Shower was private and outdoors. Right in the middle of the tourist area, with good restaurants, bars and shopping. Mercifully quiet.

So we have just finished our 7 day holiday in Hayatt Sanur. Choosing Hayatt was the best decision we could make! First of all, Location! The location of the hotel is more than perfect! Everything you can imagine is nearby. The beach is clean and beautiful. Sunlounges on the beach are available, plenty and in good condition. Hotel grounds are amazing! It is so beautiful that it can take your breath away. With ponds, ducks and lilies. Regency suite is a good size room with a huge terrace. The only problem of this terrace is that it's not covered and it's unusable during rains or hot days. Also, there is no light on the terrace so at night is really dark. Fortunately, the hotel has more than amazing staff! The manager Sinta do above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. After telling our concern about no light on the terrace to the manager Sinta it was solved in no time! Highly highly professional! Sinta and Sheril went above and beyond to make our stay amazing including a very special organization of our romantic dinner that was unforgettable! Regency club is a great addition, but a bit limited. However, the manager of the club Oki turns this club in a very beautiful place to relax and unwind. The food in all the restaurants is amazing, fresh and so tasty! I would really like to thank a waiter Anom for his professionalism, customer service and incredible kind heart! This hotel thanks to its staff left us with the most beautiful and unforgettable memories!

I very much enjoyed my recent stay at Sudamala. The hotel is just lovely, with large well tended grounds and statues and art pieces abound. The room itself was great; large, the bed comfortable, the semi outdoor bathroom lovely. I really enjoyed sitting on my balcony relaxing amid the greenery & flowers. I was on the ground floor; don’t know if all the rooms are the same but I was very happy with mine. There are at times some insects - there’s so much greenery- but a bottle of bug spray is provided in the room. The pool is large with adequate shaded seating. The staff was helpful with a few minor issues, and the place really felt homey. I was greeted each time i saw a staff member; they were very friendly & went out of their way to be pleasant. I ate breakfast once at the hotel, there is a promo but nonetheless with tax & coffee extra it is still not inexpensive. I would definitely stay at Sudamala again.

The room was cozy and modern ambiance, staff were warm welcoming. Amenities were sufficient, so much enjoy the bath tube. But the TV always stay no signal, and the electrical plugs next to the bed were malfunctioning. Sad we had no chance to try the hotel’s breakfast, because we have had a very early tour. However, there were still lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets with walking distance. Also just 3mins walk to the beach, the long coastal was so relaxing to walk, and the beach was clear blue green colour, so eye catching.

It was written as a 4-star hotel, however our experience was definitely a 5-star hotel experience. From the front desk to the room was really great, modern and artsy. The room itself was so tidy, clean and spacious. The amenities on the room was very complete, they even provide a speaker and coffee machine there. The breakfast is exquisite, they even have a barista to serve us a cup of coffee. Every staff members I met were professional, delightful and eager to help. Not to mention, the location was really great. It not too crowded but close to anywhere. You can go to the beach by 3 minutes walk and enjoy the sunrise. I definitely will be back here! and recommend this hotel to people I know🤍

With restaurants to choose. , on the other side of the street the main street jalan tamblincan with shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful cleaning every day and towels for the beach. Geographic location: There is a parking lot, it is very convenient by the side of the road, and across from it is an Italian ice cream restaurant where many people line up every day. Hotel facilities: The hotel is small, the breakfast is simple and it is an order type. The lighting in the room was relatively dim. The disadvantage was that the toilet smelled. One of our two rooms still had no windows, which didn't feel very comfortable. The hotel has no elevator, only stairs, which is inconvenient for the elderly. Overall, worth the price. The transition can be done within a day or two, and resident is not recommended.
