This property is even more stunning in person than in photos. It's clearly been very well taken care of and thought out. The owners, the lovely couple were around during our stay and we got to chat with them a few times. They make the time to speak with their guests and also spend time around some days. Although this property is out of the way from the main Sanur beach it is like a sanctuary away from everything. The rooms and spaces are so beautifully done up to feel like a home and there are lots of common spaces to relax, and books to borrow. Although when I first arrived we were brought to a room which I wasn't happy with because it did not match the criteria of what I booked. I booked the Elegance Villa with Terrace and Pool Access but was shown to a room on the second floor. After asking about it I was shown to the room with pool access. When I was looking online before arriving it's clear that the room names are all different across various platforms and a bit confusing. This is something the management should look into streamlining so it's clear online on various platforms which room is which name and that it's the same on all platforms. During our stay we had breakfast a few times and the food was so delicious. The amenities were good and AC worked well. We really enjoyed the bathtub too. It's very worth staying here despite being a little out of the way. Really a gem of a place.

The breakfast is good, but because it is not self-help, it is less, and the food is not enough. The location is relatively partial and belongs to the village, but we booked this for the hotel, so we didn't plan to go out to play. The convenience stores around are still there. Don't worry if you go out and play a chartered car. When I first went there, I didn’t clean it. I even had the ticket left by the last visitor. After the communication, I cleaned it up in time, and the service attitude was very good. Suitable for children, but also for couples, more secret.

The breakfast was really exquisite, but I didn’t dare to say that I didn’t dare to ask. I didn’t have a Chinese recipe. I’m taking a bite out of it. I’m vomiting... The other is not bad. I just think that the hotel is really close. Bali is going to go out and actually feels like a shop that was unexpectedly found when looking for a restaurant! The boss was shocked by the food intake of a Chinese girl. Hahaha. My husband ate a fried rice and two drinks. Others I ate! I want to say that going to Bali next time is definitely because I want to eat fried squid in this store! The retro car parked by the road is a shot! If you have completely planned your own trip, you can ask me if you don’t understand it!

Booked this entire hotel for my family to stay at during my wedding in April for 5 nights. This is a decent hotel to stay with your family if you're looking for private time and out of the busy area of Bali. I will advise you to check the room if it's cleaned properly as two of my rooms had a lot of long-long ladies' hair all around the floor, in the toilet, and on the bed. The pillow and bed sheet smells of ladies' perfume which looks like they did not change the bed sheet, blanket, and pillow sheet after the previous guest left the room. After doing some complaints at the front desk, got them to fix some of the issues and some of it was left as it. Pros: - Far away from the busy area which gives you more time to relax. - Very Balinese cozy design. - Beautiful landscaping. - Easy access to Ubud, Kintamani and Sanur Beach - Good Room Size. - Very helpful staff they have. Cons: - All the room AC is not well maintained and most of the room had a very bad wet smell from the AC. - Hot water in the shower does not work properly. - Toilet bowl leakage after flushing. Overall the stay was good and our family had a good time there. I hope the management of The Village Home property should pay more attention to these details in order to have more returning guests back to their property.

5 years after our last stay in Sanur, we were glad to see that nothing had changed in Tropical Bali Hotel 😍 This remains our ideal homestay, in its green screen, to start our holidays in Bali (The breakfast in the beautiful swimming pool is a must to get back from the time delay without forgeting the very good breakfast). Thank you very much to Audrey and Mathieu for their always warm welcome and their availability (in true and remote via Whatsapp) to give us valuable advice for our trip (Recommended hotels throughout Bali on their site, book our journey to Nusa Lembongan...).

Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company
