The hotel is new and conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. Both the front desk staff and room service staff were friendly and polite. I highly recommend it.

On March 19th 2026 at noon, I called the hotel and spoke with a lady who seemed to be the manager. I told her that I couldn’t drive to Banff from Kamloops because of the road closure on Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Highway 93 due to the bad weather—heavy snow, a force majeure situation, Mother Nature herself! That lady didn’t want to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. I asked her which road I should take, but she couldn’t answer. I had to take alternate roads to Jasper, Hinton, Evansvurg, Drayton Valley, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre, Cochrane, and finally arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m. That lady really should have not been working at the hotel.

very clean room and the parking was free for guest . They provided free coffee and tea with a self serviced station near to the check in counter. The booking didn't include free breadfast but to my surpise, it was complementary for all guest and the selection wasn't bad at all . They allow take away with boxes ready if the breadfast room is full . I think that 's good and saved me some money when I am not expecting at all .

Perfect Stay in Banff! This place has an excellent location right in Banff town, making it incredibly easy to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. The surrounding views are absolutely beautiful! On top of that, the rooms were very clean, great amenities were provided, and the on-site free parking and a gas station right outside was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

The lodge is strategically located. The free vending machine is a plus especially during cold weather. I just hope slippers can be provided. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay.

Very good location, only a short walk to the main street . The room we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable . You have to be a bit careful in the underground parking lot, but overall there is no problem . Simple breakfast , that can satisfy everyone . Overall, I am very pleased with my stay here .

We stayed here as a family. We arrived at the hotel quite early, but they let us check in early because a room was available. The staff member was very kind. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, so you can enjoy delicious cafe lattes and cafe mochas anytime.
