The Woodrose

The room service, reception was excellent. We booked the venue for an event and also booked couple of rooms for overnight stay. The breakfast spread, cleanliness and customer service were great, warm and very kid friendly for families. The event venue was also world class and ambience is best.

Rooms were spacious. Nice facilities. Staff were courteous. Pleasant stay and great service. Pushpa And Sivanand took great care. will visit again. Perfect for city stay and 1-2 days break. The restaurant was good. Close to CBD and access to shops and restaurant

room service was amazing with good food and breakfast. Prashant and Pushpa were really good at helping out with games and everything. The indoor games are maintained really well. The room were well cleaned, provided with good ambience and top floor as requested

Wonderful experience I visited my official visit for Bangalore center inauguration and stayed this property. It was really fantastic service. Restaurant service and food quality is really good and cost effective. Will suggest to visit this property. Mr Prashant and Puspa was really was supporting to assist my entire one week visit

It's always a great experience to stay at Woodrose. The food the environment and the staff are very good. I have stayed here ***y times and the hospitality never changes.

The hotel was ideal location. Front desk staff were very nice. They accommodated all our requests including change of rooms, late check out and local transportation etc. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel- again good food and service

The hotel and the rooms were very good. Hotel amenities are also great. Room size and quality is also great. Food can be better but overall it was good. Beds were very comfortable. Work desk and chair is great. Overall it was a great experience and stay.

We were staying at The Woodrose from 23 to 31 March 2024 and we had an enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and the facilities good. The staff took exceptional care of us. We would like to commend Nagesh, Raghu from the Melting Pot and Prasanth, Shai and Pushpa from the from the front desk. The staff from housekeeping section were also excellent. Will definitely stay again.

We had two stays in woodrose club as part of a wedding party. Stay1 - we were a group of 30 guests in 16 independent rooms. I am the father of the groom with several guests of family and friends. We arrived together (and were not completely prepared for the checkin logistics - with no fault of woodrose club) and needless to say the process turned chaotic very quickly with each guests having their own ideas of how to streamline the process. The two ladies (unfortunately i didnt note down their names) took charge and streamlined the process quickly and effectively and checked us all on very short time. After that initial hiccup (again completely lack of coordination on our part), the stay was extremely comfortable. All the guest enjoyed their stay. The support staff, the housekeepers and the restaurant were very efficiant and attentive. The checkout (again the entire gang of 30 guest leaving together) couldn’t have been smoother. The staff was completely prepared to handle the checkout, baggage handling and see us off in our transport with pleasant memories. Stay 2: this was a couple of days later but with a smaller group of 9 guests and 4 room. This time, the staff was ready. Our checkin / stay / checkout couldn’t be better Overall the property is very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable and above all the staff is superlative.
