It is considered a very complete facility and catering, but I think it can be increased in terms of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and even European meals. It is definitely a high-end five-star hotel suitable for Chinese people.

Exceptional guest service in this hotel. From receptionists to morning buffet staff in the restaurant, was served by very pleasant smiley and helpful staff Amarnath’s team and Boni. Good gym and sauna. If bedsheet can be softer will be perfect in all.

Kaushik was the associate who served me. The chefs were dishing out some amazing food! I would recommend the joojeh kabab and Fattoush salad. Sit outside if the weather is good, Bangalore weather in Jan was super pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Kabab experience!

There are a lot of hoteliers with wonderful smiles. Especially Neha,Aren and Avijit. They are very kind and clever. They know what I want ,of course even if I don't say anything. Everyday, They make delicious tea and coffee. That's also according to my taste.

Good hospitality. Everyone from Satnam at the entrance, Ami were all very sweet and attentive. The rooms r comfortable, food as usual great. Variety of cuisines. We have been visiting sheraton from the time it commenced and we find the hospitality to be consistent

Satnam was very helpful and helped us with the cab problem … would apréciate more staff like him in Sheraton Banglore … keep up the good word Satnam and would like to have a nicer visit again at the place … the place had a calming a**osphere environment .

Very good ambience and hospitality by Mr.Krishna (Loss prevention) and Satnam singh(door***) were very kind to us until checkout. Overall it was Nice gesture and recommending to my friends circle from Ambience and hospitality point of view.

The service provided by Mr Satnam and Krishna, valet parking team were exceptional contributing in our pleasant stay. Their courteous demeanour and helpfulness such as assistance with our luggage, further demonstrated their dedication to guest satisfaction.. the valet parking team was equally impressive, handled our vehicle with care. Providing prompt and efficient service, whenever we needed our car, their professionalism and attention to details such as remembering our preferences were much appreciated. Thank you
