這家酒店位置在高新區朝陽北大街恆通財富中心，交通便利位置好找，房間乾淨整潔，服務很好，尤其是前台服務生態度很好，朋友從湖南來遊玩感覺不錯，一直續住了4天。。

此次入住維也納酒店是因為孩子考試，跟前台説了一下就給我趕緊安排了一個安靜的房間，因為我來的比較早前台説房間現在不是很多，選擇了一個就讓客房大姐打掃，還給拿了熱水，不到五分鐘就入住了，非常效率，前台也跟上心，房間也舒適整潔，設施齊全，下次首選酒店

這是我住過最差的酒店 沒有之一 第一空調我開了兩個小時開的暖風30度 根本一點暖風都沒有 吹的都是冷風 第二 衞生太差 被子自己看吧上面是什麼東西 還有使用過的套袋子 地毯都發黑 看着都噁心 第三 設施太差 你這個價格就這配置？你這是十年前的配置了吧 同等價位的哪家不比你們設施好 ！！！而且你們服務真是有待提高

真的是出差這麼多城市最垃圾的一個酒店，我8號早上退房的，前台的女生跟她説話就像欠她幾百萬一樣，我全程你好，請問這種問候語。後面跟她要個熱水，跟我説有，我把杯子拿出來她又説沒有，只有農夫山泉，我説那是礦泉水不是熱水呀，她説是熱的……那你就告訴我有加熱的農夫山泉可以嗎？一句話的事情被她搞這麼複雜，而且一開始你説有，直接拿給我我不也能明白嗎？半天沒動靜，我拿出杯子她又很不情不願。這我也沒多説什麼了，後面開發票讓我點好評，我也沒推脱，但是趕往下一個城市又一直開會，就半天沒回她消息，她問我房間遺落的東西，我後來忙完再回復，人家直接給我刪了……房間也是一言難盡，最差的一次酒店體驗
