Highly recommend this hotel! The facilities far exceed expectations. The independent bathroom design is very intimate. The hotel's leisure facilities are also very practical. The laundry room and self-service drinking area are complete to meet all kinds of travel needs. The service is warm and professional. There is no slot in the whole stay. It is clean, comfortable, convenient and warm. It is a very pleasant stay experience and worthy of five-star praise!

Atour Hotels has always been our family's first choice for domestic travel. The Baoding Wanbo Plaza branch is newly opened and continues Atour's tradition of excellent location. First, the location is superb, right in the city center, with Wanbo Plaza and Maoye Department Store within walking distance. The underground parking lot has ample spaces, and the parking is conveniently located, with free parking being a definite plus. The breakfast selection is extensive, and most importantly, the food tastes great; you can tell they've put effort into preparing it. The fruit is also fresh, which the kids loved. The family room is definitely the best choice for family travel. It's spacious, with ideal room size, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were all very welcoming and professional; I must commend them again for their service. I'll definitely stay at Atour again next time.

It was a pleasant business trip and the environment was great! The young man at the front desk served patiently and worked seriously and responsibly, which is worthy of praise. He suggested that the boss add a big chicken drumstick. The hotel facilities are very new, especially the moisturizing lotion provided by the hotel. It smells fresh and I like it very much. A very satisfying business trip experience. Your home will be my first choice next time I go on a business trip!

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

The room was very clean. We arrived a bit early and had to wait a while to check in, but the lady at the front desk gave my child a small toy to keep them entertained. There was also a building block table in the lobby. After checking in, we received complimentary fruit, and at checkout, we were given some snacks.

The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone I met was greeted with a smile, the service was in place, and they gave me a little surprise from time to time. They tried their best to meet all the needs they raised. Thumbs up 👍. The only thing was that the water in the bathtub was yellow, but after I raised the issue, the hotel's attitude was very correct, so it was over. The swimming pool will be opened tomorrow, and I missed it perfectly this time, which is a pity.

The rooms are all newly renovated and there is no taste of decoration. The room is super bright. The front desk service is also very good. There is also tea and a kettle for the guests to use. Very careful super treasure shop super recommended.
