I came to this city on a business trip, and I can honestly say this was one of the best places I stayed during my time in China.
The hotel is located in an excellent area, everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to recognize the housekeeping staff—the ladies who cleaned and took care of my room did an excellent job throughout my stay.
The only real challenge I experienced was the language barrier. Communication in English at the hotel was very difficult, and for international business travelers, having at least one English-speaking staff member available would make a big difference.
One other suggestion would be to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel open in the evening, where guests could enjoy a drink and a variety of international food without having to leave the hotel. This would be especially convenient for foreign guests who may have difficulty communicating outside because of the language barrier.
With these improvements, this hotel would easily be a 10/10 for me. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to my business colleagues visiting the area. Great location, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again.
