Such a lovely hotel, very clean and tidy, well worth the money!
Breakfast was ok with everything you need!
Would happily stay at hotel again.
Staff are very welcoming and even give us a free upgrade.

It was a very bad stay experience. The good mood of traveling to Inner Mongolia was completely ruined. The room and front desk staff were incomprehensible and could not handle a matter in half an hour. It is recommended that internal staff training be done before letting people take up their posts.

I booked an executive suite several times, but never stayed on the executive floor or enjoyed the executive lounge. When I asked, it was not open. Why don't they add it as a regular suite? Or do they specifically look for people like me? I hope they can focus on guest rooms instead of catering.
