Hotel and service was excellent, I saw a few reviews before hand about the restaurant being boring etc but I traveled with 2 chefs and we was all in agreement that every meal was 10/10 and worth having twice or even three times over! I would happily stay here again and again

As returning guests, we were excited to return and see the staff at the Hotel and restaurant that looked after us so well last time. Sadly, the restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, which is open to the public to use, has been sold to private owners. Good points: The hotel is still great. Great location, lovely rooms cleaned daily. Very comfortable beds with a powerful shower and clean bathroom. Ski in/Ski out was perfect, and the hotel just as we remembered it and why we returned. Check in staff were friendly and efficient, as was the ski hire shop located next door to the hotel. Sadly, we booked half board with Crystal. Breakfast and evening meal. This was served in the newly named SENS Restaurant. There is a hotel menu for half board guests and a separate menu for paying customers from the slopes. The menu at first glance looked fine, various options for starter, main, and desert. However, the standard of food compared to walk in paying guests was drastically different. As was the service. We were always overlooked as and watched as paying guests received a first class service with food looking very well presented and to a good standard. When they finally got around to waiting our table, the service was poor, with a we have more important customers to serve. Communication was difficult as the restaurant staff were Argentinian and spoke very little English. When food finally arrived, it was often not what was ordered, undercooked and on two occasions inedible. On another occasion after waiting over 1 hour for our desert and chasing it up...we left with the staff just to busy with outside guests. The food was so poor ( despite the menu looking ok) we ended up eating out on a number of occasions at our own additional expense. Breakfast was no better, supposed to be from 0730 when we often arrived at 0800 the chef had to be reminded to put out things such as bread, serving spoons and tongs. The options were ridiculously poor. Two sugary cerals, one small bowl of fruit and a pot of yogurt when they remembered to put them out. Cooked breakfast consisted of 3meal trays of bacon, beans and fried eggs. No other option and all of poor quality. In summary, this great hotel is in a great location with great staff. The restaurant, however, is an absolute joke!!! I have never felt so let down and made to feel so second class in all my life. The food was disgusting and of such a different standard to walk in guests. Sylvie (owner) please address this issue as it really is affecting your hotels reputation. We feel very let down and having spoke to other guests who may or may-not leave a review were informed they felt the same. Will we return again...definitely to Pas Da la casa, but at this time were not sure about Olyimpiades. Possibly as self catering guests but certainly not as half board. Please get the old restaurant back as it used to be amazing.

Stayed January 2024 as a family of 4 with two younger children. Resort is great. Ski hire shop next to hotel is really good with lovely staff. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Ski in/out great and really well located hotel. Hotel comfortable and clean with everything you would need for a skiing holiday. We stayed self catering and managed well with kitchen facilities. Can only leave 3 stars due to the noise issues at the hotel. Our room faced out onto the road and due to the high temperatures at the time and room temperature we found it too hot to sleep at night. Opening the window was a nightmare due to the constant sound of glass bottles being emptied into the recycling bins and the noise from people enjoying the resort. This would have been acceptable if it stopped but unfortunately was constant till 5am every morning. We did ask for a fan which would have made a big difference but they did not have any. It’s a shame to leave a negative review based on location but I think the addition of fans etc would make a big difference to those who need a good nights sleep after a day of skiing.

As returning guests, we loved this hotel when came back in 2020. Sadly the ownership hasn't changed, but the staff, food, and general atmosphere has. Tonight, our penultimate evening before we leave on Sunday was what we have experienced most evenings this week. The set Half board menu is below average even for a 3 star Hotel. The Hotel opens to walk in customers who order from a separate menu. It's very clear the standard of food prepared from the same kitchen is to a much higher standard. Tonight, we had to put up other guests vaping in the restaurant, and after waiting for over an hour for our desert, watching outside paying guests being prioritised, we finally gave up and left. The staff are not as attentive as our previous stay and we were made to feel second class, Hence we have chosen to pay extra and eat away from the Hotel on a couple of occasions. The hotel is clean with rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. It's position next to the slopes is very good, however you a pay a premium for this and there are many other hotels very close to the slopes which are priced more competitively. Ski in ski out was very difficult and dangerous during poor snow conditions. Black ice had to be overcome, with many people falling each morning and evening, exiting and entering the hotel. This needs to be looked at as it's VERY dangerous. Overall a very disappointing stay, Breakfast was limited, and poor. Evening meal as stated was bland and of poor quality. The menu looks OK...but when food arrives is poor. Smoking and vaping in restuarant is unexceptable, as was the service. Pas and Grandvalaria is an amazing ski resort. We will definitely be returning, but SADLY not to Hotel Olimpadies. Such as shame this hotel has declined in such a bad way since our last stay.

Very noisy hotel. Do not stay here if you value your sleep. We have just checked out this morning at a ridiculously early check out time of 9am. Families on our floor were leaving at 4am for an early transfer. The staff started cleaning their rooms at 5am!!! Banging & making unnecessary noise on the corridor. Why is it necessary to clean rooms at 5am when they won’t be occupied until much later that day? The staff then proceeded to pester us & ring our doorbell 3 times, first time at 730 am, to tell us to be out of the room by 9am!! I know for a fact that if our rooms are to be occupied by Crystal Ski package holiday makers they will not arrive until 10pm tonight as this is the time we arrived a week ago. There is a very lively apres ski bar in the hotel which has music thumping from 4pm until 10pm every day. Once that finishes you have the noise of all the drunken revellers messing on the slopes right outside your windows. Added to the above you also have the snow ploughs & snow cannons right outside your window at all hours of the night. None of the above is conducive to a good nights sleep. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are travelling with small children as they will not be able to sleep. Also I would like to add that this hotel is only ski in/ski out if you are an experienced skier. Beginners will not be able to manage it.

Fantastic location, great aparthotel. Everything is on your doorstep, making this a perfect location for a family / friends / lone /couples ski holiday. Great, warm spacious rooms. Lovely restaurant & bar downstairs leading out to a slope terraced area. Ski hire is onsite, the ski lockers on ground floor leading straight to the slopes. All this makes a family ski trip (which we were on) so easy. This place is highly recommended. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly. No issues with noise for us. The upstairs snack bar has a very lively apres ski 4 - 7pm but that clears out promptly. Can't wait to go back again.

Just discussing the hotel, you cannot fault it, the rooms are spacious and tidy, kitchen facilities are very basic but sufficient to make breakfast which is all we wanted to do anyway. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect ski in ski out location with lockers literally a few feet from the snow. The bar is very welcoming and serves great food and reasonably priced drinks, the house red was a really lovely glass and just €3.50. There is literally only two complaints I could make, the rooms we're boiling in the night making sleep difficult, there was no way that we could see to turn it down within the room. This wouldn't have been a big issue but opening the windows was a nightmare because of the noise outside in the early hours. This was the second time for us to stay here, our first visit being 2020. Our room was a different position in the hotel then and I heard a bit of noise but nothing unmanageable. It also appeared to be a quieter week within the resort. This year we were facing the slopes, loud music being played until gone 9 (I had no issue with this at all though, but some may) but then during the early hours (1-3am ish) there were groups of people shouting and screaming, I presume leaving the bars etc. The occasional night wouldn't have mattered but it was pretty much guaranteed every night like clockwork. Then from about 4 you have the snow machine pisting the slope which is also noisy. None of these negatives are the hotels fault really, they don't call Pas 'ibiza on ice' for nothing I don't suppose. As a group holiday and wanting to burn the candle at both ends, this place will be spot on in every way. As a family of six with four kids, I think if/when we come back to Andorra we will look to stay at another resort. The skiing is great here and there us so many slopes and areas to ski, I'd recommend Andorra to anyone and if I could pick this hotel up and move it to one of the quieter resorts, I'd stay here every time.

Just back from a weeks holiday in the Olympiades. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Ski slopes are just outside door and apartments are clean, large and comfortable with great WiFi. The staff were superb and couldn’t do enough for you. The owner himself actually gave us a lift to and from a rather awkward location where we had booked dog mushing but couldn’t figure out how to get to... .. food was also great although the only fault would be the fairly confusing and awkward menu only available through an app....anyway, we’ll defo be back next year

Lovely apartment, nice & clean & fantastic position in the village. Comfy beds, nice bathroom & shower. Great hairdryer (normally rubbish in hotels!!) Basic kitchen equipment, literally only 1 cup/plate etc each! Wouldn’t fancy cooking anything other than quick breakfast!! Ski in/out. Was initially a bit worried as we were right above the bar and when we arrived around 16.30 the music was pumping! However it all stops before 21.00 so didn’t bother us at night. Walls pretty thin though, we were woken up a few times with people arriving back at night/early morning. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. We were looking forward to this as it had amazing reviews on here. Turns our the previous restaurant owners (Olimpiades restaurant) left during covid & it’s been taken over by someone else. Now called Sens, we went in the first night, menu completely different, and didn’t even get offered a drink within 10 mins of arriving despite there being 3 staff milling around and only 1 other table in there. The hotel reception seemed to know nothing about the change of restaurant and it was still advertised (with menus and specials nights) all over the hotel! Very strange. Also a bit of a pain on departure as you have to check out & wait for them to check everything before getting your deposit back.
