NH Collection Calderon

This hotel was my choice for a holiday trip, and it has an excellent location. It's within walking distance to various attractions, and there are plenty of dining options right across the street.

The location is very central for transportation, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It was my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me with a birthday cake and champagne, which was a lovely touch. However, the drainage in the hotel rooms was poor, and one of the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell.

Stayed at the hotel from August 2nd to 3rd. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel's renovation is only 3-star quality. The service at the reception was very poor. When I was checking in, they didn't help me get my luggage out of the taxi. The security guard at the entrance spoke rudely to us. When we were leaving, I asked in Spanish for help getting my suitcase to the taxi, but they refused. I am a woman with a 4-year-old child. This is terrible. I had to carry two suitcases to the taxi myself, which came right to the entrance. The refrigerator in the room didn't work; the cheese and ham went bad overnight.
