There is no privacy for guests at this hotel.
Even though I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, on the first day a member of the housekeeping staff suddenly unlocked the door and entered the room.
On the evening of the second day, electrical work on the outlets in my room began without any prior notice, with the room door left open during the work.
I was told it would take “five minutes,” but more than 30 minutes later, the work was still not finished. When I contacted the front desk, I was simply told, “They are still working. We will let you know when they are done.”
In the end, I had to ask them to stop the work. During that time, I was unable to use my room, which disrupted calls I had planned to make and affected the rest of my travel schedule.
In addition, maintenance work was carried out on equipment near the ceiling, but the bed directly underneath was not covered or protected in any way. The bed was left exactly as I had used it that morning, with no sheet change or bed-making, and it remained that way even after the work was finished. This also made me concerned about hygiene.
I was dissatisfied with the lack of prior explanation, consideration for guests during the stay, time management, and attention to hygiene. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy or wants to feel comfortable and secure in their room.
