The man who checked us in, was very friendly and spoke adequate English. The room (room 1) was basic and had two beds that were fine. The shower was good, but they only provided small packages of gel and shampoo instead of a dispenser. I stayed for two nights and the room wasn’t”t serviced after the first night, but I had enough toilet paper and towels for the second night. Coffee and tea freely available and toasties for breakfast could be bought. So, a very basic hostal that would have been fine for two nights. But unfortunately the inside noise was terrible. I had asked for a quiet room, but until deep into the night, I heard doors slamming and people talking and laughing. For younger people who want to party all night, this place is fine. For older people, who want some sleep as well, look elsewhere.

10 minutes walk from the SANTS train station in Barcelona, very good location, right in the center of the city and easy to get to. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The downside is that the rooms cannot be cleaned every day. They are cleaned every 3 days. If you want to clean up every day you will have to pay an additional fee.

The hotel is a wonderful hotel! The family and workers are super friendly and careful. We have recommended a lot of things to visit, very good breakfast bars and very cheap and told us how to get. The hotel is very well located with a direct connection to the historical helmet and various metro, bus and funicular lines. The room was perfect, very clean. The bed is very good, the bed and the couch absorb you. No noise being close to a concurred area. The carpets and glasses are very well isolated. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room had balcony, radiator, air conditioning, TV, table and chairs, safe, mini refrigerator and enough space to store clothes with stacks and chairs. The hotel has a microwave room, water heating, covers and some food. The building has lifts and automatic doors with cards. The experience has been great and would recommend the hostel to any visitor. 10/10!

Breakfast is delivered to the room, and there is also Chinese service, so I have to provide it early when I leave, and I am satisfied. The service is good, the rooms are big, the family can live well, and they can cook, which is very convenient.

My husband and I got the grand suite and it was absolutely amazing! I love the back lighting of the bed, which can be turned off. Also, this bed is heaven, so comfortable, which having a temperpedic at home, this definitely compares. I love the jets in the hot tub, shooting out from the bottom plus the shower combo. It was lovely the hotel provides shampoo, gel soap, and even bath bombs. His and her sinks were a lovely touch along with a couch sectional. Mirrors are all around the room, the one in front of the bed is adjustable. I booked this room for 2 weeks, still staying here, but I have been enjoying my stay so much, I figured I would write a review. I enjoy enjoy this being an adult hotel. Do you hear adult activities? Yes, but I play music at night and since the mattress is so comfortable, I have been getting so great sleep. The customer service is top notch. The woman working helped us book massages and any other needs we had. On New Year's Eve, she gave us a bottle of cava and grapes, which was available for all guest. Cleaning service is exceptional. This is perhaps the best cleaning service I have ever gotten in all my travels. This is my first time traveling since the pandemic and overall, I felt more than safe and comfortable. I enjoy this place so much, I would actually stay here again if and when I travel back to Barcelona. Tons of restaurants in the area, plus bus and metro in walking distance. You can actually walk to the Gothic Quarter too, about 30 minutes or so. I also love the fountains and castle are so close too. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay at, which made a much needed vacation that much better!

Convenient location, took the hostel for three people, was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, the presence of 4 beds. Quickly populated, the hostel is not noisy, breakfast in the morning: toasts, croissants, coffee, teas, waffles and so on. Cons were not found.

Advantages: 1) The transportation is extremely convenient. The bus station and subway station are not far downstairs. It is also close to the Sants train station on foot. When you reach Sants, you can reach the towns and airports around Barcelona in all directions; 2) There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It’s okay if you don’t eat breakfast at the hotel; 3) Probably the most cost-effective one in the surrounding non-young hostels. Disadvantages: I don't know why the room key should be kept by the front desk?

We booked via Booking and, because of a problem with my bank, the credit card did not work. As I was Easter, I could not solve it. We call the hotel and ask if it was possible to maintain the reservation despite Booking itself to cancel it. They gently answer that it was possible and not worry: Booking would have cancelled our reservation but they would have booked us a room. The problem emerged when two days after our conversation, we arrived in Barcelona in the afternoon. A receptionist answers that the room was cancelled by Booking, and when we tried to explain (in good Spanish) to him that we know it, but they themselves had confirmed on Sunday of Easter that we had a room, In a dishonorable and unhappy way, he tells us that it is not true and it's our fault. To finish in beauty, he attacks us on the face. So we're with a kid looking for a hotel at the last minute in Barcelona. The same problem had happened two days ago in Montpellier, the hotelmen obviously say, in total good faith, I imagine, they can book the same L room, but then they cannot. But they should make sure you are not sure to come to a holiday city with a baby and not find the hotel booked is not really nice, and it is part of their professionalism. And if they do not, they should at least excuse and help you find a solution equivalent. The hostel has a great location, near the metro, bus, coffee markets and restaurants, very close to the center. I stayed in one with two single beds and shared bathroom (with good care and always available). 24-hour service and everyone very nice.The cost is very interesting.I had no breakfast, but at the reception there is coffee, tea, milk and water available.
