I've stayed at Vincci Soho several times and it remains one of my go-to hotels in Madrid. I choose it primarily for its location, the room design, and the service.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive; on my last stay, they even gave me an upgrade, which was much appreciated. As an added touch, they left me complimentary muffins with a personalized card—small gestures that make all the difference.

The rooms are comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a good shower, and a thoughtful design, ideal for relaxing after a day's work. For business trips, in my case, it perfectly meets all my needs.

Some things to keep in mind are that some rooms can be a bit noisy and not all have much natural light, but for short business stays, this hasn't been a problem.

Overall, for comfort, location, and service, it remains a choice I'll gladly return to.

Hotel was very clean, very convenient location close to Gran via metro, and hotel staff were all friendly. Just 10 minutes taxi ride from Atocha rail station too.

Worth the price. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and well-designed interior that made the stay very pleasant.

I arrived on Christmas Eve, and despite the busy holiday period, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The following day, I even received complimentary Christmas cookies, which was a thoughtful and lovely gesture.

The location is also very strategic and convenient for getting around the city.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return again.

The location is excellent. It is in the commercial center of Madrid, but it is quiet in the bustling city. The room is of a suitable size and the bathroom is large. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsible for their work. They woke me up on time and booked a taxi to take me to the airport on time. They took care of my bag that I left behind. The Vincci Center Hotel where we stayed for two days should be a chain hotel. The service was also superb. The directions were very detailed. Both parties used a translator to communicate. They really worked hard. It was a good experience

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

Unexpectedly found Chinese service
The hotel is exquisite and convenient

I loved it here! The rooms are very nice and cosy. Clean too! The room service does a great job. They come at about 10-11 am every day, you can always ask them for something specific like don't make the bed, but wash the floor - no problem. If smth does not work, just tell the reception - they'll send someone to fix it soon enough. The staff is kind and friendly. I also had my breakfast here the entire week: great veggies and fruit, all sorts of pastry, ham, cheese - all fresh and what's cooked is done very well. That is me not even mentioning how great the inner yard view is when you're taking your morning coffee)) And make sure to check out the rooftop! Loved to sit there with my PC and work. A great place!

The hotel is neat and clean throughout. I really liked the room’s design and interior—it’s tastefully done. The reception staff is friendly and speaks English. While there were no bathrobes or water initially, they brought them quickly, even late at night. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and you’ll need to take the metro to reach the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious—you can even enjoy champagne in the morning!

Everything was great except for the TV having no sound! The room was clean, and the breakfast was definitely the highlight. You can enjoy both à la carte and buffet options. The detox water and snacks at the front desk were also a nice touch! The location is excellent, and it's a stylish hotel. I'd love to stay here again.

Beautiful and stylish rooms. The breakfast was really good (with natural juices) as well as the atmosphere that Monica and Moises are giving to the place. Always with a sincere smile and willing to help. I was there for almost a week and I felt 100% home. One of the best hotels in Barcelona, location is perfect in a very quiet area yet close to everything , all staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and polite, room is so clean, comfortable bed and convenient space. I have been in for the last one year and on my honeymoon my husband and myself decided we wanna go back and stay there and the hotel surprised us with a bottles of champagne and fruit plate. Vincci Mae is our home in Barcelona. Room was clean and comfy, Breakfast is great value for money, the terrace is a luxury and in general every single staff smiled and made their best to provide the best quality service. We’ll be definitely be back, specially to your lovely terrace that is a hidden gem.

The hotel was booked at the last minute, but the location was excellent; most attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast options were limited, but I guess that's typical for European hotels.

Is this sign on the wall indicating a four-star hotel? The room wasn't cheap, but water was only provided in the mini-room; everything else was charged separately. I asked the front desk, and they said the only free drinking water was available near the front desk, but the water glasses didn't look very clean. It was really disappointing…

酒店有嚴重的種族歧視。我在這酒店住兩晚，預訂了兩天的早餐。第一天我早餐快吃完的時候，才發現其他客人進來之後都有服務員過去問，需要咖啡還是茶，服務員還會專門拿一個菜單過去，問客人是不是需要單點菜單上的菜？原來這酒店的早餐分兩部分：公共取餐區+菜單單點。菜單上的菜是包含在早餐費用裏的，我連菜單都沒見過，更不要提點餐了。連咖啡我都是自己主動要的，也沒人來問我喝什麼。後續我問了服務員，為什麼沒有給我提供和其他客人一樣的服務，她説她沒看到我。大姐，我這麼大一個人在餐廳坐了30分鐘你説你沒看到我？我和酒店經理溝通，因為我完全被忽略了，也沒享受到任何早餐菜單上的服務，所以要求退早餐錢，大概23歐元。她説，退款不可能，對我最好的補償是明天早餐時，讓服務員對我和其他客人一樣。🤷。她還特意説，我們對中國人沒有歧視，就像我們也不歧視黑人和猶太人，再説了，服務員沒給你菜單你不會主動要嗎？你看這話説的，***. 我説，你會要求別的客人也主動要菜單嗎？如果不是的話，你憑什麼要求我？我建議任何有良知的人都不要住這個種族歧視的酒店，我們應該讓所有種族歧視在這個地球上消失。建議攜程取消和這個酒店的合作。如果不想服務中國人，就不要賺中國人的錢了。

The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious!
Parking is a bit pricey, but considering it's in downtown Seville and they even offer valet parking, I think it's worth it!
