Un bel endroit paradisiaque au calme Les personnels sont tous très gentils! Surtout la femme de chambre, le jeune réceptionniste avec les lunettes , le maître nageur , ainsi que les petites cuisinières . Je ne sais pas malheureusement les noms 😕 Ils sont tous parfaits et professionnels La bouffe a été délicieuse, merci Chef et toutes l'équipe de la cuisine ❤️ J'aimerais bien encore visiter cet Hôtel Vraiment un séjour de détente même s'il est au centre ville !

Hotel location: Tunisia is not convenient, the hotel is on the roadside. Hotel facilities: Look at the picture for yourself, it was taken on the same day. Bedding and linen look at the picture. Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Toilet: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: I ordered three meals, I ate dinner and breakfast, and I didn't eat lunch. The boss speaks English, which is really not easy. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service-conscious and very willing during my stay. The location is beautiful, super clean and well-served, the internet is not good. A serious problem we had was that the establishment offers you tourist transfers and to the airport, which operates you one of the gentlemen working on the site, at last we asked you to take us to the airport and send the child to make the Transfer, when we arrived, we charged 50% more than the recorded, we called the establishment and Lord refused to answer and finally we had to pay what they charged us, which seemed to us very unhappy, so be careful to this Lord.

I chose this hotel because I saw the highest score among the four-star hotels in Ctrip. The overall Tunisian hotel score is not high, and this one is just fine. Not far from the city, not a bustling side, the hotel’s service is very good, very friendly to the Chinese, the breakfast is very good, and the date palms with twigs, the front desk recommended us to dine in the hotel’s restaurant, it turned out to be true The service is great and the service is in place. went a few days ago for a meal , the place is super cool , the stuff are incredibly nice but the food was not that good (average quality for the price ) stayed there in 2019 for few days the room was good and clean will be back for sure

El Hana hotel is located directly on the main boulevard in Tunis with a very friendly staff and pretty good size rooms. The bed was firm with the view of the National theater right across the street. Internet connection was slow and hard to get connected.

I stayed at this hotel after my stay at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis was cancelled at the last minute. The hotel was reasonable quality, the rooms well appointed if slightly small. It was immaculately clean, and the reception staff were really helpful. My room had a small balcony overlooking the street the hotel is on, although there was no chair on the balcony. It did have a small stool in the room that was easy to carry on to the balcony. The dining room for breakfast was on the 4th floor, as was my room. Breakfast was not in a european style, but it was OK. The street the hotel is on is just off the main street, and was quiet. There was no function room to cause a disturbance. Generally a hotel to be recommended.

This hotel is such a great find in Tunis! Not only if the location superb, literally at the entrance to the Medina where shops and food vendors are steps away, but it’s also such a pretty and unique hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the views overlooking the Medina square is great for people watching. Service is great as well! The staff is very helpful. Everything felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this unique stay while in Tunis!
