The service is very good and the photos are great. That is, the oxygen concentrator kept beeping in the middle of the night, right above my head. Called the staff and said it was normal. Turn around, put tissues in your ears, and sit there all night. It’s really hard to have a good rest while driving!

The curtains were broken and the staff even had to climb a ladder to deal with them, but no room change or other compensation was offered. I feel that the room rate is not worth it. My friend stayed in a hotel with a side view of the mountains, which is more cost-effective.

Songtsam Hotel is a big bully and doesn't consider any guest's feelings. Do not accept guests and formulate opinions for adjustment. The accommodation invoice has not been issued for several months. Very poor chain brand. Bad, bad, bad, this review. Targeting Rumei and Dechen Songtsan.

I stayed at Songtsam in Shangri-La once and it was pretty good, but this one was a bit disappointing. The double bed room that cost 3,000 yuan per night was very small, and you couldn't see the glacier. I had a hot pot in the evening, and it cost more than 1,000 yuan for nothing. The lunch of four dishes and one soup cost 180 for five people. It was 900 for five people. It was also four dishes. If there were not enough, you could add more dishes. To be honest, the dish was about 180 per table. Two green vegetables, one beef, and one potato stewed chicken (very small portion) ) A pure vegetable soup costs more than 2,000 for two meals, which is a bit expensive, and the oxygen in the room is very noisy. The hotel toilet at this price is not a smart toilet. It’s freezing in winter. Three rooms cost almost NT$9,000. There’s not even a car that can take us to the scenic spots. Alas😔

Low cost performance

相比波密松贊，來古松贊無論是體量還是房間大小都要比前者小，但景觀毫不遜色，依然是神仙選址。酒店座落在來古冰川景區內、海拔4200米處，鑲嵌在懸崖上，面朝冰川，置身雪山湖，從房間就可以遠眺雅隆冰川！一進門客服就會送上全新的布鞋，還提供免費清潔鞋子的服務。酒店在景區內，入住送門票且可以自駕前往冰川入口，很是方便。客房彌散式供氧、地暖、加濕器，一應俱全，床品舒服。考慮到供氧安全問題，房間還設計了小小吸煙室，細節滿分。

本次旅行最滿意的酒店！一進門藏族姑娘就送上全新的布鞋，穿上腳一下就舒坦了、還提供免費的清理鞋子的服務～從房間就可以遠眺雅隆冰川，這種體驗前所未有！房間裏地熱暖和、氧氣充足，休息的很好。餐廳供應套餐，菜品精緻口味好。早餐豐盛，吃的很滿足。唯一不足的一點就是從馬路上到酒店院子大概一百多米的路是土路，而且有一段很窄～希望酒店能把這段路鋪裝一下～
