The rooms in this hotel appear to be slightly run down, although for the price that one has to pay for it, it's quite value for money. The beds and toilets (bathtub too!) are relatively clean, if you can look past the peeling walls and ceiling, it really is a good hotel with nice amenities. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, and the hotel even provides shuttle services to tourist spots in Batam. The breakfast isn't spectacular and personally I think it's quite plain. I would much rather choose to eat outside.

Room is very clean and spacious. Service is great too. Realised the kettle is not working well, requested for it to be changed and it was quick response. Had the complimentary shuttle service at 11am and 5pm to Nagoya Hill Shopping centre and Grand Batam Mall. There is only indomart nearby. You have to take grab out but that’s not an issue as it’s very cheap. But sad to say that the lounge and rooftop bar are very quiet. No one at all. Other than that, experience there was awesome!

I visit Batam almost every week and this is my favorite hotel! Since July 22, I estimate I have stayed 40-50 nights in the past 11 months. On paper, this is a 3 star hotel. But the rooms and facilities feel like 4 stars, and the staff is 5 stars. A big Thank You! to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. To Mugi, and the rest of the Reception staff, thank you for always being cheerful and helpful. Thank you the restaurant staff who are always helpful, even in the face of my unusual requests. And to the always smiling lady who collects laundry who makes always takes that extra step in effort and service. What is great: The rooms are largish and clean. The decor is bright and cheery. The bed, pillows and bolsters are the best in Batam. I get the best night's sleep here! The shower has good pressure and the water is nice and hot. And again, the staff is FANTASTIC! What is no so great: The breakfast is average. The WiFi has improved and is fast but sometimes there are outages. But this may be more of a Batam thing than a Hotel thing. What you may think is bad but is not really: The location. There are no shopping centers or shops nearby that you can easily walk to. But the location is actually pretty ok. Because it is near Nagoya, you can usually get a Grab in less than 5 minutes. And Grab is pretty affordable in Batam. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Harbour Bay and 15 minutes from Batam Center. It is 10 minutes from Nagoya hill and 15 minutes from Grand Batam. Plus, the hotel sits on a hill. From the top floor bistro, you can see the sea (and Singapore) 270 degrees around! Staff is very friendly. They gave us a connecting room even though we only booked a normal room. Hotel is quite old, and some of the facilities are quite worn out. But overall is still good for this price point. Location is good too. Walked straight out and you can locate numerous restaurants.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Location is convenient close to Batam ferry Center terminal only 10 minutes time by taxi to hotel and 20minutes from hotel to airport ! Hotel staff is helpful. However, Inside guest room is clean but too dark and the room PLUG for my I phone 14 does not fit! Fortunately I have power bank to cover whole night. Suggest to improve ASAP for guest convenience. Thank you. Overall, The good room rate is there without further complaint and will come back for my next visit.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Stay for 2 night in July..(Sat-Mon) with Breakfast Hotel lobby not So big but its long shape..Love the elevator located where hide from FO counter but direct to main access n Lobby. Cons -Even the location is in Nagoya,but its not in central nagoya where u cant find food or city walk easily.(its stil acceptable where u can use transport) -The sink in toilet room Number 8007 is almost clogged,the water from sink bowl dissappear slowly. - Omellete station during Breakfast on 11/7 very slow,I order the omelette 1st before enter the dining area(coz the omelette station is beside lift).After i take my food,wait very long for my omelette to ready.I finish all my breakfast already then the omelette is arrived.very spoils my morning. -Not a walking distance to attractions. Pros. -Good FO,F&B(except mention above),HK and concierge team.They all serve with smile n generous. -The attitude of staf is show how good is indonesia hospitality. -Even the pools not so big and the gym is small.But this is enough for you to relax n enjoy the facilities while see the view of nagoya town. -affordable price hotel room -delicious buffet spread(i really means it). -The lady in black suits (F&B incharge on 10&11/7 is really good.She really makesure all the food is top up and cust have enough food).But i forget her name. -Room is quite good and its concept suitable for couple due to the toilet is glass wall n using only white blinder.(we like it coz we r couple). -They using Presidential suite hotel collection mattress and its really good for me. -i like how simple the minibar and kettle design. -good lightning in room -nice view from room. -Good HK team in cleaning our room when we out to town. -I like when hotel using card scanner in lift to room level,its very secure n privacy. -Love the smells of the lobby n room -its sound proof quite good -And the Air conditioner its really good,well maintain and cools.(we in asean hv very hot temperatures,and good AC is must in hotel). Overall this hotel give u good level in privacy and comfortable stay.Even there is some space need to improve but not its still a good hotel with the good staff. TQ

Great location with friendly staff ensuring your room is clean. Keep up the good work! A stone throw away winin walking distance from many nice eating places. Hotel also offer an optional breakfast which you could opt in if you need a quick bite to start your day. A friend of mine would always choose to stay at Nagoya Mansion when he is in Batam. Overall, a good place to stay and charge up before the next day.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, room cleanliness no doubt about it.. Room amenities kitchen appliences and fridge working conditing as for tv channel reception not too good. Hotel facilities as gym equipment was not working, hope it could be upgrade.
