The mattress and pillows are soft, and the room is quiet enough to get a good rest. Bathroom supplies are complete, water pressure is stable. "Twin room was tucked away in a corner and I noticed several neighbouring rooms without locked . Later I was informed by other guests that those around me are hotel’s storerooms. Can you imagine you being tucked to the corner near the store room? Room smelled misty and visible signs of stains in toilet n rooms. I didn’t feel safe and requested reception to change room for me but she said all fully booked, even when I asked about upgrade , a moment she said there was one then the next minute she said it was taken and suggested I took the premier suite. Honestly the corridor n lift to the room level was dark and scary n musty. Immediately I checked out without asking for any refund or upgrade . I booked another hotel nearby ."
