Great place with a little one, with having the indoor pool. The bed was little beat up let's just say used lol, but great breakfast and great location and staff was wonderful. We'll be back for sure.

Fantastic/huge selection continental breakfast, rooms good size. Cleaning staff however knocked twice on our door at 8 then again at 8:30 though checkout not until llam which was disturbing when I was trying to sleep in. Furniture a little worn also.

THE HEAT WAS OUT, STAFF NEW TOLD NO ONE, ROOM HAS STAINS ON CARPET, ALSO SHOWER WAS NOT CLEAN, DUST EVERYWHERE,

Staff was exceptional. Building is starting to show its age. Needs an interior update, new carpet and paint. Plumbing is starting to fail in the hotel as well, two separate rooms and tub drips constantly..

The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room needed major maintenance. Toilet had cracks, ceiling had a water leak and falling on floor, shower needed cleaning. Great hotel but in need of a remodel.

Embassy Suites Hotel Baton Rouge has large spacious rooms with all the amenities, great diverse inclusive breakfast, old school atrium, and good service, nice people, and southern hospitality. Good choice when your first choice is not available. Eric from Harding

When we checked in Cynthia was very very Custer service oriented. She addressed sone concerns that I had. Made sure that we had our rooms in a timely manner, even arranged that most of my wedding party was on the same floor as me. She is truly an asset to your business.

It was outdated, need some renovation to the hotel rooms. Elvators was extremely slow, but overall was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.
