На ресепшен очень красивые улыбающиеся девушки. Не верьте тому, что говорят, что к русским плохо относятся. Мы были в Тбилиси и Батуми и везде в отелях и ресторанах к нам относись с улыбкой. Иногда молодежь просила говорить на английском. Батуми и отель Монарх обязательны к посещению !! Они оба прекрасны !!

По запросу принесли теплое одеяло и утюг (хотя было бы здорово иметь доску и утюг в номере всегда). Завтрак неплохой, но не хватает разнообразия. Кофе на завтрак не понравился совсем. За завтрак я бы поставила 4, в остальном - крепкая пятерка. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за теплый прием и комфортное проживание!
