Overall, the experience was good. Service in some areas was excellent, but there were also staff members who were indifferent. The room we were assigned was very nice, though it had a few minor issues, like a loose sink handle. Also, there was a bad smell in some outdoor areas upon leaving. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean, excellent food quality, beautiful beaches, the rooms are huge, and the staff is very friendly.

The front desk staff really need to improve their service.

Bad because the hotel is overrated. You have different expectations, and when you arrive, seeing the dirty, disorganized lobby with zero decoration gives you a bad impression. I waited 40 minutes in line for check-in, and it wasn't even full. It was my husband's birthday, and I mentioned it at check-in. When I made a restaurant reservation, they told me they would do something special, but they never did anything, neither the hotel nor the restaurant. The rooms were run down, the sheets and pillows were terribly bad, and the buffet food was awful.

It's an almost 5-star hotel. The most positive thing is the super friendly staff, with that super cheerful vibe. The hotel's maintenance is super good, with only a few minor details like the public restrooms that require general maintenance, but not cleaning. The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good. I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous. We even managed to see a person drowning, and thanks to the lifeguards, they were able to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices. But if you're just looking for a pool and nightlife with nightclubs, casinos, and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you're just looking for the beach, this isn't the hotel for you, although a 20-minute walk along the shore will take you to quiet beaches.

Facilities: There are many swimming pools and restaurants, and the facilities are very complete, but there are relatively few interesting recreational facilities. There are performances every night, although they are not particularly exciting. Environment: The beach and location are great, especially the beach, which is clean and beautiful. Service: It is an old hotel, and the disadvantage is that the facilities are old, and the air conditioning and WIFI are not working. The service is also only superficial, and the service attitude is actually very average. Although it is an all-inclusive hotel, the catering is average.
