Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is quite close to the main axes. Parking in front of each house. The apartment is beautiful, well-arranged and comfortable, room with a huge bed, a bathroom with double laundry, a bathroom on one side and a shower on the other.The well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony with golf view. Excellent stay! We regretted to be here for one night only !

I stayed at the Avignon Grand Hotel with my partner from 12 to 16 September 22 there were however a number of short comings. The first of these was that the room we had been provided with was infested with mosquitoes - we had discovered this in the middle of the night after hearing the typical mosquito sounds and in the morning we had noticed we had numerous mosquito bites on our bodies. I had complained to the hotel front desk, the staff however appeared dismissive, my fundamental point to them was that the room should have been properly disinfected of the insects prior to making it available to customers. Secondly, breakfast in the hotel was of the bare minimum, in terms of hot cooked food , only bacon and scrambled eggs were available, the latter was of poor quality and almost resembled a paste as the eggs were cooked in far too much cream and milk.Cereal, bread, croissants, yogurt and some fruit were also available. No hot water was available in the hotel in the morning of the 16 September 22. Lastly, all the TV channels were in French, not even one channel was available in English. We had booked this hotel on the understanding it was of 4 stars, given however the shortcomings above together with the standard and quality that were below customer expectations it is difficult to see how the 4 star rating and price being charged was justified.

Accueil très sympatique! Le personnel est charmant. Ma chambre était top et sombre, j’ai très bien dormi. Propreté et confort! Le petit dej est bien, il y a du choix sucré et salé. L’hôtel est loin de M****ille vieux port mais un bus et un métro permettent d’y accéder facilement. Il y a quelques magasins à proximité et une balade à pied dans ce village est hyper agréable, les gens sont accueillants.

My teenage daughter and I stayed over for 1 night as her morning flight was early. You have a standard Ibis and a Pullman in the same location but didn’t see the point of spending more for 1 night. Used the Accor app to book and it's really painless. We had a think room but you can get a doublé or triple room The reception staff were lovely and helpful. You can walk to the airport in 10 minutes. There is a Coutepaille restaurant in the standard Ibis so you don't need to go anywhere else to eat. I'd recommend booking though.

La Bastide has become one of my top 3 favorite hotels of all time. This was my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last. I had no idea it was built into the hillside and that it was right in the middle of the village of Gordes. ARRIVAL. From the moment we drove up until the moment we were left to unpack in our room, the service and personal attention we received was impeccable and perfectly executed. ROOM. We stayed in the exquisite Baron de Simiane suite. Words can't do it justice. I've attached a few photos, but also check out the website. The in-person experience far exceeds any gorgeous photo taken. SERVICE. We received top-notch service everywhere: valet, front desk, concierge, maid service, restaurant staff, and the pool. Everyone was very polite and helpful, and there was never a wait. RESTAURANTS. We ate at both restaurants - Clover Gordes and L'Orangerie. The outdoor seating and the views were fantastic. I tried something new at Clover Gordes - the Zucchini Flower - which was quite tasty. In Provence, they certainly love their olive oil. Be prepared to try many kinds. Note: If you watched ”Emily in Paris” on Netflix, the lunch scene in season 3, episode 6, was at the Clover Gordes. POOL. It was really hot the week we were there (103 degrees Fahrenheit). We spent one afternoon at the pool. It's a grassy setting with its own self-serve gelato stand. SPA. We didn't have time to experience the spa this time. Next time. WHAT I LIKED MOST. The location, the beauty, and the aroma throughout the hotel. I figured out that the scent was from the Airelles Holy Amber candles and diffusers. SUGGESTIONS. Plan to be there on a Tuesday so that you can experience the farmer's market in Gordes - right up the street from the hotel.
