Better than expected and the suite was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in Monticello! We were there for a dance competition and location was perfect, as was our stay. Will look forward to booking again in future years!

Everything was great. They had a 24 hour service desk. That was nice because we had no time to check in at 3:00 pm due to being at a wedding. The front desk lady was nice. The hair dryer had a hair hanging from in. But everything else was good.

This was terrible I was charged 2 times from trip. Com which they refunded 1 payment and then 2 times from americinn and then 1 more 50.00 payment from americinn and they sure took those payments quick but I cannot get the payments back from them for nothing I will not be staying with them ever again
