衞生情況：肉眼看起來沒有問題，服務設施：比較周到，原來給我們的房間空調漏水，開始不願意換，説是能修好，後面是確實解決不了滲水問題，我們有小朋友，地板濕滑確實是安全隱患就給我們換了房間。北部灣一號整個是一個公寓式酒店，所有房間都是海景，樓下就是金灘，不過金灘的沙子很粗很多小貝殼，不如銀灘，果然銀灘聲名在外是有理由的。

和視頻照片差距很大 住宿停車也不是免費的 定了一線臨海大床房 積分升級房型 不給升級就算了 還給我們特價房讓我們住 説了才給換到我訂那種房型 而且和訂房照片差距很大 電梯晚上回來也沒燈 一個人就不別住這裏了 就別期待太大吧
