"I stayed at a hotel that cost over 4000 yuan per night for three consecutive days. The breakfast consisted of only five different items, repeated every day, and on the last day, even those five items weren't guaranteed. The bathroom drainage had problems, and despite reporting it to the front desk, it wasn't addressed promptly. The hotel staff were poorly trained; I saw a staff member eating leftover food from a guest's room while cleaning the room next door. They advertised a complimentary travel photography session, but it turned out to be taken by a trainee girl who looked to be under 20. In every aspect, it was not worth the 4000 yuan price tag. As a 24-year member of Ctrip, this was definitely the worst value-for-money stay I've ever had."

The hotel is incredibly photogenic—literally every spot is picture-perfect. The service was beyond reproach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the turn-down gift, which included Zhiben series sheet masks, cleansing balm, facial cleanser, sleep aromatherapy, and more. It really exceeded my expectations! The minibar featured a pour-over coffee set with Yunnan Pu'er coffee beans, which smelled amazing. It truly felt like a real resort getaway~ Having stayed at numerous resort hotels of all sizes, Sown in Beihai easily ranks in the top 1!"

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is in a prime spot on Silver Beach. I went up to the 21st floor to take a look, and you can even see the sphere at Chaodiao Square from there. The environment is absolutely fantastic. I also really appreciate Winnie's warm hospitality. The hotel has children's play facilities on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Overall, the environment is excellent."

"Traveling with two children, the location is very close to the passenger port. Thank you to Xiao Zhang from the reservation department for upgrading the room. The check-in was quick and the room was clean. There were fresh fruits in the room every day and many extra bottles of water were given every day. I have eaten breakfast, Chinese food, and buffet in the hotel. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The Chinese food is plentiful and reasonably priced, but the waiters in the Chinese restaurant are not as enthusiastic as the front desk and appear to be slack. The buffet is okay. The good food stall on the left side of the north gate of the hotel is good, and it feels better than the internet celebrity restaurant Yuexiang Kitchen in Qiaogang Fengqing Street."
