房間不錯，新小區，離海林近，配套好，就是我怎麼也想不明白第一天入住的時候一百多，第二天續住就變成了九百多這是怎麼個邏輯😰

住507房，和客服説要一間看到售樓處的房間，房間看出去風景不錯，中間遇到一些小問題，電話客服也很快幫順利解決了，唯一可惜泳池因為北海當地原因暫停使用。一開始擔心吃飯問題，到了發現飯店“芷茵小院”（地圖導航，微信搜尋“芷茵小院”）就在酒店隔壁，海鮮大餐真的超好吃，而且超便宜，非常值，芷茵小院旁邊還可以抓螃蟹抓魚，私家海灣，好吃好玩一定還會再來哦！

小區很新很新，沒蓋好的那種！！！每天8點開始準時施工，是整個小區都在施工，周圍很熱鬧，有點亂，公寓式零服務，客服也不咋回覆，連wifi名字都説錯了，萬錦繁花連不上。

是小區裏的套房裝修的民宿，我們住的三房一廳視野很開闊，陽枱面對着大墩海，視野超好，但是我們住的那棟樓衹有我們住的那幾層的兩套房裝修了，其他的都沒有裝修，相當於住在工地裏😂但是進房間之後還好，房子是剛裝修好的，小區附近買東西不方便，離銀灘比較遠，如果是自駕遊的話就推薦，可以自己煮東西，有冰箱有燃氣，但是沒有鍋碗瓢盆，得自己準備。雖然比較遠比較偏，但是很值，畢竟性價比還是可以的。圖是在陽台看到的海。

房間很乾凈，視野非常好，可以看到海景，晚上坐在陽台吹着海風很舒服，酒店有泳池（在售房部門口），去體驗了一下，水比較乾淨，入住體驗感挺好。

服務，環境很好，距離海邊很近。本以為是酒店，沒想到是客棧類型的，不過總體來説還是很滿意的，就是停車不方便，希望可以改進，否則，有大行李的的確不方便

酒店環境特別好，舒適整潔，配套的健身房和泳池很好，房間陽台就能看到大海，躺床上可以看日落，出門走幾步就到大墩海了，管家阿明服務很好，有需求都能及時回覆協調，下次來北海還要訂這裏。
