總體來説中規中矩的酒店，當天還送了下午茶，結果到了晚上狗血的事來了，六點買海鮮回來加工，還專門問了餐廳，做好了怎麼叫我們 餐廳説前台會打電話叫我們，結果一直等到了七點半 打電話來問我們怎麼還不下來吃 都涼了……我説你們沒給打電話啊，結果老闆説 給我們發了微信……微信……？？已經過去一個小時了……所以就是這種方式叫餐嗎？？？早點不會打電話？本來第一天上島興高采烈的，氣炸了，兩個人餓得在房間裏翻箱倒櫃找零食吃…海鮮加工，買的蘭花蟹説姜葱炒，也變成了辣炒，讓涼了給加熱下也是推辭一臉不願意……衞浴方面，智能馬桶不能自己感應開蓋，toto的頂噴漏水、水柱亂飆，老闆是不是買到假冒偽劣產品了…… 硬件來説算是島上好的吧，但是服務就拉垮了……後面到長風和凡爾賽住了，這服務一下差距感就出來了，望加強吧，算是體驗感非常差的一次入住

環境很好，乾淨整潔，離鱷魚山公園，滴水丹屏，還有石螺口這些景點都很近，酒店旁邊超市，吃喝玩樂都應有盡有，酒店工作人員服務也很熱情，特別是那個觀海大落地窗真的很喜歡，個人意見覺得性價比不高，房價可以低一些就完美了

上潿洲島一共住了三天山海，不是因為後面沒有親子房了還會繼續入住，房間是全自動的，衞生條件做得很不錯，今年新開的酒店各個方面乾淨整潔，離沙灘很近，早上退潮後沙灘很美也可以趕海，老闆是四川大美女，典型的熱心腸，，還介紹了附近好吃的燒烤店，期待下次的潿洲島之旅

首先説一下酒店的服務很認真。是認認真真的在做民宿這個行業。其次再説環境吧 因為衹住了一晚，所以沒有其他可比民宿，外部環境很乾凈，房間從浴巾到床單等由肉眼看和氣味等，乾淨程度很到位了。還有早飯很好吃。老闆很熱情 如果想去桂林玩可以和老闆聊一聊。他經常去 就這樣吧 總體來説

雙人下午茶:下午茶非常的豐富 還有晚間燉品
潿洲島客運碼頭接送:接送的大姐非常熱情
設施：設施看上去非常高大上
環境：環境很優雅 像小棟別墅 房間非常日式化 我選了一間最好的4樓景觀房 直接面朝大海很享受 還有房間隔壁的露台 可以觀賞夕陽落日
服務：前台小姐姐 小哥哥都非常熱情 還幫忙租電動車🛵
臨時走還送了伴手禮 非常值得一住，感謝！下次來潿洲島的話還會選擇山海🥳

設施方面，潿洲島雨多，建議加個烘乾機
房間內吹風機是戴森的，有體重秤，好評
吃的方面，早餐如果能提供米粉就更好了
自己去南灣買了海鮮交給酒店代加工，味道還不錯
位置在滴水丹屏旁邊，交通相對便利，外面也挺熱鬧，方便拍日落。沒有下雨的時候，樓頂可以延時攝影拍日落
整體環境尚可，錯峯來更有性價比
五一高峯期過來，代價有點昂貴

我是在網上收索到這家酒店的，酒店位於潿洲島滴水丹屏景區入口處，出行遊玩、就餐都非常方便。酒店出門就是滴水丹屏景區，酒店離鱷魚山景區也很近。酒店客房面臨大海，坐在客房的浴缸裏一邊泡澡一邊欣賞海景十二萬分愜意。站在客房裡就可以觀賞到滴水丹屏景區的美麗日落，夜晚還可以觀賞到海上升明月的景色。酒店的服務態度很好，服務內容也很豐富、温情、周到。我們帶着不到3歲的小孫子在山海文化藝術酒店住了兩天，遊玩、生活都十分愉快。
