房間進去有一股不好的氣味，可能是比較潮濕的原因吧。客房服務反應比較及時，有啥問題第一時間解決。工作人員也都挺熱情。希望洗衣房及時做一下衞生。

這次入住非常滿意的，本來訂的是標間，前台小姐姐給我們升級家庭房，還送了小孩的玩具和小吃，小的高興極了。房間非常大，住得很舒服，房間乾淨衞生，下次過來，一定再次柏曼。

這家酒店是朋友推薦入住的，剛到酒店就有保安叔叔幫指引停車，感覺服務還不錯，走進大堂感覺非常寬敞，非常涼快，隨着在前台辦入住，手續非常快，前台小姐姐業務也是非常熟練的，服務態度也非常可親，知道我們睡眠淺，非常貼心的給我們安排了比較安靜的房間，房間還算大，個人覺得枕頭高度比較舒服，剛好是我喜歡的高度，滿意，滿意！

房間很好，很大，視野也挺開闊，衞生很乾凈，早餐也不錯，選柏曼不踩雷。
樓下有水果市場，價格便宜，但是不要隨便買，都是五兩稱六兩稱，建議先用手機核對一下重量再買！！！！！
也是因為我時間太緊，沒時間去折騰了，不然我要去教訓那些攤販。

三月三來北海旅遊，酒店位置很好找，辦理入住前台服務態度很好很熱情！還送了水果，酒店旁邊還有便利店和菜市場，可以在裡邊買海鮮然後在附近加工食材很方便。酒店房間較大，乾淨整潔，還有早餐噢，體驗感極佳，下次來還定這兒！

酒店位置很好找，我是自駕到北海的，就在北海大道與湖南路交叉口附近不遠處，而且樓下停車位也多。房間較大，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務周到，早餐也不錯。此外，酒店旁邊有個菜市場，離開北海前，我去買了些菜和水果。

特別特別好，酒店前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，都是笑盈盈對人，早餐也很好吃，特別多種類，有什麼缺的打個電話到前台，沒幾分鐘服務員就送上來了，服務員的態度也很好，真的蠻好的這一家酒店，去哪都蠻方便，強烈推薦這家酒店
