房間整體還行，裝飾都和圖片一樣，有小型廚房和浴缸，陽台可以看海風景很美。但是，我們住的這個房間洗手池沒有熱水，洗臉要到浴室去，浴室裏有一面玻璃沒有簾子，不知道對面是什麼澡也不敢洗，被子很薄睡覺衹能開空調，整個房間衹有1個衣架不能掛衣服，最無語的是廁所門完全透明毫無私隱！都不敢想象如果不是夫妻入住會不會一個人上廁所另一個人需要去陽台待着…我定了兩個房間，另一個是長者家住的不在意這些，能看海他們就很開心，但實際情況我必須寫下來，希望店家改進！

很舒心的一次旅行，房間設施肯定比不了那些高檔的酒店，但可以説是很乾凈整潔又很寬敞，我們選的是28樓，真正的無敵海景房啊。周邊環境也很適合一家人，出門隔着一條馬路就到沙灘了，玩玩水什麼的很方便，早上早起可以去海灘抓螃蟹，很有意思。因為房間是在特色的北部灣一號小區裏，房間雖然有點難找，但因為有物業管理，相對來説比較安全。剛到的時候搞不懂怎麼進去，老闆娘很熱心的讓加微信，然後直接視頻指路，到了樓底還安排人直接帶到房間，然後細心交待各種需要注意的事項，教怎麼使用空調之類的才離開，很細心。

房間乾淨整潔，床上用品都是一客一換，兩個衞生間外加一個淋浴間真是太方便了，晚上可以看着海景泡泡澡，房間就在北部灣一號，過了一條馬路就是金灘，凌晨有人敲錯房門剛跟房東反映立馬安排前台上來查看，真是太暖心

酒店是在北部灣1號大樓裏 這次是跟朋友一起出去玩所以定了這個這個兩房的酒店 的確是2房間1廳2衞生間 其中一個房間有2個床另個房間有1張床總共就是3床 一共2個廁所 適合一家幾口人或者人多住 來到北部灣1號下面就撥通了老闆娘的電話加了微信視頻指引我們走到房間 這點很好 還有就是房間其實還可以 有浴缸 也能看到寬廣的海景 下面就是金灘 不過裏面的設施傢俱稍微有些陳舊 床頭無插座這個很不方便 還有就是有浴缸的這個房間是衹有泡澡的沒有淋浴的需要到另個房間

小區環境很好，房間海景視野也開闊，確實面朝大海，180度海景，小區離海邊近，過馬路就到了，到老街打車10來塊錢，到銀灘遠點，30塊錢，到碼頭也是30多。老闆人也很好，熱情又實在，10點就到了有房間馬上給安排，對房間新舊不滿意，也馬上給換了。非常感謝！唯一不足就是，房間衞生確實一般，被套沒換，希望打掃人員能更盡心一點。

房型不錯，裝修風格也不錯，但走在公共區域電梯間總有點害怕，門栓最好加固一下。衞生細節做得還不夠，表面整潔了，但角角落落就像在自己家一樣，沒有打掃徹底，距離酒店客房標準還有點距離。前台辦理入住很快，服務到位，有問必答，響應清楚迅速。床品是全棉的，乾燥舒適，浴缸乾淨，噴頭出水量大，洗澡舒服。但浴室玻璃太花了，海景看不清。總的來説還是不錯。

房間很漂亮，比我想的大多了，當時來的時候是另外一個房間，但是那個房間空調有問題，負責人小姐姐二話不説帶着我們換了一個房間，還有吊椅。這邊網絡出問題處理的也特別快，有問題找負責人基本上都是秒回，態度好環境好，昨天晚上和朋友坐陽台聊了很久，今天打算再續！

很滿意，剛到的時候出了點小插曲，老闆很妥當的處理了，房間都可以看海，也都可以泡澡，北部灣一號太多民宿了，因為是一家三口出門，篩選完三床房和家庭房就沒多少了，就選了這家，挺不錯的！

海景房性價比高面積大，小區環境非常好，地理位置優越，洗衣機冰箱浴缸都有，床單被套更加舒服，雖然設施有點老了，但齊全整潔，124這個價格可以忽略，要什麼自行車
