Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center
Just had an overnight stay for travel purposes. Slightly irritating that only one desk clerk was available at both check-in and check-out. When arriving late at night the last thing you want to do is wait in line for 5 minutes. Same for check out, especially if you happened to sleep in a bit due to travel fatigue. It was a place to bed down so I made no use of anything else. Extremely neat and tidy. Free airport shuttle makes things easy. Will stay there again due to the location near the airport.

Great hotel next to the airport (shuttle goes every 30min/point and half; walking takes around 20min). Friendly staff (Leo, Serena, Jessie and all of the others). Beautiful room. I was upgrated from Superior Room to a Suite with Extra Bedroom. If I stay at Beijing's airport I will choose Cordis again.

The last time I went was in 2014, and I had a good impression at that time. I can only go this time. Shanzhai clubmed is not yet good, and has lost its original advantages. First of all, it is not good: the maintenance of the equipment is too poor, and the public number reservation unit is not maintained, showing ”too many complaints”. Ctrip's inquiry message went unanswered. In the private soup room, the dry and wet steam in it are all broken. After inquiry, all 10 rooms are broken. No maintenance. Pomegranate seeds and long hair were found in the soup pool. This was the second bubble that came out the next day, so you can imagine how long it has been deposited. Room wallpaper cracked and watermarked. The private soup room is upstairs in Tangquan. To go up behind the canteen that sells swimsuits, you need to go up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator. If you have inconvenient legs, don't do it. The children's playground projects outside are very tasteless. The all-inclusive package for adults 650 and children 550 is also very tasteless. The Japanese restaurant may have closed down. It is said that it has not opened for a year. The Chinese restaurant danced with two flies throughout the whole process. The taste is very strange. The more expensive dishes are not delicious, such as a wagyu beef grain, and the cheap home-cooked dishes are not bad, such as the scallion cake with lump soup. When I checked in, I felt that the sales model here might be bulk sales and I developed myself offline. I can't deny this sales model. Anyway, I feel that the vegetable market is rubbing together. Now I can see the sausages falling from the breakfast buffet. The melon rind is placed directly on the side of the clip on the fruit table, and the food is served while tasting. The buffet breakfast stands next to you and forces you to eat quickly (there are many people at breakfast but there is no management at the front desk. And snot in the hallway... Good: The service staff are very friendly and responsible. Good attitude, take the initiative to greet. ps: There is a welcome kung fu tea in the private soup room. The tea quality is surprisingly good ps: I read some comments earlier that some people complained that breakfast coffee costs money, which is not true. Freshly brewed coffee is free, and there is a fresh grinder at the water table at the entrance for 35 cups.

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

I went on a business trip around Shunyi for research and chose a high-scoring hotel, so I came here. The hotel lobby is very well decorated, there is a very special Christmas tree, and there is a gym with good fitness equipment and a very good environment. The service staff of the hotel are also very professional. They greet us all the way. The park is very big and there is a lake in the center. The hotel service staff also said that there are many fruits here in autumn. It is a pity that we did not see them this time. If it snows, it should be possible. It's beautiful. After I took my luggage, the service staff kept mentioning the room because there is no elevator on the low floor. The concierge also asked about the check-out time and asked for help with the luggage. It was very nice. Breakfast was also delivered to the room. The food was quite rich. The waiter also gave me a fruit plate. Surprisingly, there was also a handwritten blessing, which was very touching. grateful. Quite a good stay experience.
