Beijing Shunyi District Hotels

A comfortable and clean hotel. Great beds and excellent service. The reception staff was very helpful; they helped us not only with check-in but also with ordering pizza for the kids. There are three excellent cafes and a convenience store nearby, catering to a variety of tastes. We chose this hotel for an overnight stay between flights and for a meal. We were traveling with children of varying ages, from 5 to 14. One drawback: there are no European-style electrical outlets in the rooms; I only found one in the hallway.

The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The staff were friendly and patient, and responded to requests promptly. The attention to detail in the service was excellent. The common areas were well-maintained, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. Hygiene was well-maintained, and safety management was up to standard. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, authentic flavors, and fresh ingredients. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for accommodation.

The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and has a nice overall design. Unfortunately, the service and our actual experience during the stay were extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive this hotel is compared with other hotels in the area. The biggest issue was the room we were given. The room advertised on the booking platform showed two large windows, and this was one of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel. We wanted the room shown in the listing because we wanted the panoramic view and the two large windows. However, when we arrived, we were given a different room that did not match the room shown in the listing. Nobody informed us that we were being given a different room or explained why. Because we were tired when we arrived, we did not immediately notice the difference. By the time we realized that the room did not look like the one we had booked, we had already unpacked and used the room. We then contacted the hotel about the issue, including trying to reach them by email, but nothing was resolved during our stay. We were never provided with the room that was actually advertised in the listing, nor was the situation properly resolved or explained to us. This is especially disappointing because the room and its two large windows were an important part of the reason we chose and paid for this hotel. The check-in experience was also very poor. When we arrived, there was no real welcome or communication from the staff. They spent around 5 minutes talking among themselves while trying to figure out our booking, and then had difficulty processing our passports. The entire check-in process took roughly 15 minutes, during which nobody actually explained what was happening or communicated with us. I eventually had to interrupt their conversation and ask what was going on because I wanted to help get the process moving. Later that evening, we had another issue with a delivery. The delivery driver contacted us to say it had been delivered, but around 11 minutes passed with no notification or call from the hotel. We had no idea what was happening and had to contact the reception ourselves. I speak Chinese, so this was not a language-barrier issue. When I called, I was told that there were too many deliveries at the hotel and that we simply needed to wait. There was no apology or acknowledgment that we had been left waiting without any information. I explained that the delivery was a cake and that I was concerned it would melt if we had to wait much longer. Only then did the staff take action. Even though the delivery was eventually brought to us, the overall handling of the situation was not what we would expect from a hotel at this price level.

Stayed at the Home Inn Select for a business trip to Beijing before Qingming Festival. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was warm and efficient. It was also very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied with my business stay and would recommend it!

By daylaight the hotel looks a bit different from the outside, but the location is correct. If your looking it up you might need to use ”Kangfurui Hotel (Shunyi Fengbo Subway Station Branch)” to look for it. The room: Quite big. Nothing crazy, but fairly clean, with a working AC and wide beds. (The beds are not super long though, i am 1,90 m and taller people might have a problem) There is enough daylight coming in. Definetly one of the biggest advantages for this price in Beijing. Staff: Was young, energetic and ready to help if needed. Location: It's outside of the City. So it'll take (by metro) 1,5 hours from the Center to get there. By Taxi it'll take 30 min to the airport (PEK) and by bus more than 1 hour. To the Great wall (Mutian yu) public transport will take 2,5 hours, taxi ~1 hour and cost 100 RMB There are some Restaurants and a convenient store around. We Preferred the dumpling place and small supermarkets at the metro station the most. (~500m)

In order to arrive at the earliest dance color shallow mountain, I stayed in Shunyi for one night, and set off to the white hairy parking lot at 7 o'clock the next day. There was indeed a parking space. At this time, I saw the almost empty dance color shallow mountain. It was very beautiful and the experience was very good. It was worth living in this house.

The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent and incredibly convenient, and the hotel itself isn't too far from the airport. Getting to the city center is also quite easy, as there's a bus stop right across the street that goes directly to the Fifth Ring Road, and the return bus drops you off directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel facilities and equipment are very clean and well-maintained. They even provided two complimentary bottles of water. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I slept soundly, thanks to the very good soundproofing.
