吸引我的地方就是這個私湯，提前跟老闆溝通好，趕緊開車過去，到了已經快半夜了，老闆人很好，在院子裏等我們，也已經清理好湯池，方面放水消毒，衞生條件很到位。院子很大很乾凈，房間也很乾凈，乾濕分離獨立衞浴，配備用品都非常高檔乾淨。一應俱全的露天燒烤，室內廚房，棋牌室，娛樂條件和居住環境滿足朋友及家庭出遊。夜晚的風很涼爽，院子夜景也很美，對寵物非常友好，狗子開門就跑院子裏撒歡兒，湯泉泡的很舒服，住的也很舒服。跟老闆約好下次再來，以後帶我的朋友們來，生個孩子帶孩子一起來，這麼好的地方，希望你們都能來。

這家雲聽澗民宿剛開業半年，院子的設備都很新，房間佈置温馨舒適，設施齊全還送兩瓶礦泉水，這個小院非常安靜，周邊都沒啥人。湯池的水也很熱。此外，感謝民宿管家為我們提供了很多旅遊建議和幫助，讓我在這裏度過了一個愉快的假期。有機會還會再來的。

很少評價，但作為攜程第一個預訂的人，全家覺得定對地方了，所以主動評價。
位置：離高速出口很近，離玉渡山很近，在村裡，不挨着馬路，非常安靜，甚至都沒聽到狗叫
衞生：因為很新很新，所以很乾凈。廁所乾濕分離，沒有任何異味，🚽沖水很好
環境：斷橋鋁門窗，隔音很好，卡拉ok的時候關着門窗，幾乎聽不見
廚具：除了電飯鍋，一應俱全，餐具很多，質量好
床：舒適度不錯，被子很厚，本來很涼快，被子太厚了，衹好再開空調，如果介意，夏天自己帶毛巾被吧
家電：基本都是小米的，所以都不錯
吃飯：自己做，燒烤，馬路邊上新開那一家，就是較大那家飯館，味道好，老闆人不錯，送了一些菜品
購物：馬路另一側，有村裡超市，應急買東西還不錯
晚上對着app看星星，很棒

這幾天北京太熱 所以組織朋友來延慶避暑，找了這家剛開業的民宿 整體設計風格很適合親子游 朋友聚會 公司團建也是夠用的 大概能住十七八個人 院子的設施也是非常多 超大餐廳跟客廳 室外泳池 室內湯池 KTV大包房一應俱全 雖然剛開業 房間沒有任何新裝修的味道 住着很舒服 而且洗漱用品還用的都是大品牌 吃飯也是非常方便 門口就有東北鐵鍋燉可以直接送到院子裏來 老闆説還可以現場烤全羊 這個村子晚上非常涼快 而且還安靜 睡覺都不用開空調 這家老闆非常熱情 因為我們是他們第一波客人 老闆又送紅酒又送果盤 總之玩的很開心 吃的也很滿意 值得推薦的 期待下次再來這家民宿！
