Amazing room, amazing service, amazing location. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, expect for the elevators which were a little inconvenient sometimes during peak hours. Front desk ladies are all amazingly well trained and super super helpful, as well as service staff. The room view was amazing on both sides ( we switched rooms to see both views) and the room was spacious and very clean. Easy access to the rooftop observatory, and the hotel provided discounted tickets for us. Overall, even better than some 5 star international hotels and I will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a good experience!

The room is very good, the lights are shining at night, it is on the 62nd floor, there is no need to go to the Cloud Eye, the Furong housekeeper is very considerate and the service is very good. I feel that one day is too short, and I will continue to choose it next time. I hope it will be better if the room is equipped with a refrigerator in the future.

Every day, the housekeeper is busy, and the food, clothing, housing and transportation are all arranged clearly. There is free laundry service every day, which is very much to my liking! There is also a luggage delivery service, which completely helps you free your hands and go to the airport easily! The location is also very good. It is in the same building as the Cloud Eye. You can basically walk to the subway station, Hongyadong, Yangtze River Night Tour Pier and other check-in places within ten minutes. . . . . . The Yangtze River Cableway is just 2 minutes away from the right turn!!! Finally, thank the housekeeper Ahao, who gave me a bag of souvenirs, snacks and drinking water before leaving. It's so thoughtful!

The view from the room is so good, the floor is very high, the neighborhood is bustling, and there are all kinds of food, drinks and entertainment when you go downstairs. Especially the service of Ah Hao and Miss Yuyuan at the front desk, their service attitude is so good that I am embarrassed 😅 The bathtub is well praised! It comes with a disposable bathtub cover, bath salts and bubble bath, very satisfied hahahaha

The room was generally OK, but some corners were not cleaned properly, and the towels and bath towels were too old. The housekeeper Furong provided good service and could be contacted at any time 24 hours a day. The view was the only feature, but only one piece of glass was clean, and the rest of the glass was not very good for taking photos.

I stayed at the Cloud Eye Hotel during the May Day holiday. The waiter Ahao was very friendly and the hotel has a great view.

The room is designed in a designer style, and the night view of Chongqing is unbeatable. My daughter also likes the bathtub. The location is also relatively superior, and it is moderately close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. I like the hotel's butler service, which is fully customized from bringing guests in to laundry. I also praise the butler Tutu for returning the washed clothes to me at 5 a.m. I am very satisfied with the service.
