The hotel room is OK, with good lighting and a good location. It is close to Beijing South Railway Station and the subway entrance, and the transportation is convenient. The store manager and clerk have a very good service attitude and are warm and thoughtful.

The room is so old that the walls are falling off. The health condition is okay. Please note that this hotel does not have an elevator, so it may be inconvenient for those with suitcases. In addition, why did I get a triple room with three small beds when I booked a family room with one large bed and one small bed? There is no such room type for triple rooms on Ctrip. I seriously suspect that I have been tricked. The key is that there is a strong smell of smoke when entering the room. It is not suitable for us to support the elderly and children.
