房間很寬敞，帶了化粧間和衣帽間，讓人驚喜。浴缸也很實用，泡泡澡一身疲憊沒有了。酒店早餐很豐富，西瓜非常好吃。前台入住的小姐姐態度非常好，熱情温柔，下次來還會繼續選擇這家。

酒店位置很好找，就在地鐵口附近，出行方便！
酒店環境很好，設施齊全，前台服務員熱情洋溢，充分考慮客户需求！
房間乾淨整潔衞生，設計感十足，尤其是打開窗户就能看到公園全景，非常nice！最重要的是房間的浴缸了，對於外地人來京旅遊來説，遊玩一天後晚上泡個澡別提多舒服了！
餐廳早餐也是一個亮點，餐廳不大，但是早餐品類豐富，重點是到上午十點半，節假日到11點，貼心！
總之，推薦！

地理位置很好，臨近北京西站，但又不吵，晚上睡覺很安靜。
房間大，在北京真的算驚艷了。尤其舒服的是，對面就是蓮花池公園，可以一眼看到湖景，簡直是舒服之至。

本來想看上了4.9評分 環境 舒適 爬完長城就奔着想好好休息去的 沒想到 房間裏走廊的風口百葉一直響個不停 晚上太累實在是沒經歷 早上七點多打電話給前台就想換個房間繼續睡一會 前台説沒有 説給我找人來看 我説好 快八點了還沒來 又打了個電話下去有重新問了一遍我所有問題 説找人來 等到快八點半了還沒有來 又又打了個電話去 又再重複的問一遍所有問題 這下是説馬上打掃出來了一間斜對面的房間讓我過去休息一下。剛剛就去休息不到十分鐘快要睡著了 馬上有個不知道什麼人去 敲了兩遍門鈴不到十秒就開門了 問我是剛剛從二樓來的嗎？ 她説她認為這是乾淨房 不好意思打擾了😬 從頭到尾她並沒有説她是誰 （可以告訴我這個人是誰嗎？）我在想 你們是沒有交班訊息交流嗎？ 然後沒有睡了 起來回到之前的房間整理去吃早餐 十點半左右去到三樓我在門口問了服務員早餐還有嗎。 她告訴我讓我去裏面看看😬去了看到有早餐 就開始打早餐 打到一半有一個穿黑色西服 的從廚房沖出來我我那個房間的😤好吧我告訴她了 又出來吃早餐了 又有一個瘦一點的還是一個穿黑色西服的女的又問我是哪一個房間的 你們餐廳門口都不核對訊息的嗎？ 非得等人進去開始打早餐了再問嗎？ 等吃到一半再問嗎？吃個早餐都得被人問幾遍 給人感覺超級不尊重🙄 我不想要你們什麼優惠下次住什麼的 也不想要你們什麼小禮品 衹是覺得你們服務真的一言難盡 跟你們的評分不匹配 不想着整改 就想着着給優惠 小禮品 無語😓
