Beifang Langyue Hotel (Beijing Drum Tower)

This is an excellent hotel! It's clean and hygienic, and very close to the subway station. My child loved it too.

Low points: I requested a quiet room, but they gave me a room facing the road, which was the worst part (they should at least have given me a room facing inwards). I paid for breakfast in advance because I didn't want my parents to know that breakfast was extra, but it got out. I asked the delivery person to tell the front desk to use a delivery robot, but I waited a long time and ended up picking it up myself. The front desk didn't call once during that time; at least they would have said it would take longer, which I could accept, but they didn't. I was really exhausted that day!! Low score for front desk customer service. Good points: They replenished my water every day when I came back, and the room service was good. Close to the subway station, and I passed a wet market along the way, which was great.

The room was great. I chose this hotel after a long time. The service attitude was good. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. The surrounding subway and bus were very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time.
