衞生乾淨，設備齊全，就是剛進去時，覺得屋子有種很久沒有通風的氣味，早飯也沒什麼好吃的

房間還是比較滿意的。由於搭乘的飛機凌晨到北京，選個離開機場較近的地方簡易度過幾個小時，天亮後轉去頤和園遊玩。切忌用高德地圖導航到這個酒店，會導到酒店後門。後來，用百度地圖導航就導到酒店的前門。接機的師傅比較給力，還是把我們送到了前門再離開。凌晨酒店服務員也是給力，同樣給贊👍。酒店的早餐也不錯，點個份混沌，喝了酸奶，就已經感覺好飽了。這次訂的房型適合商務出行和親子出遊，尤其是三人行的家庭。

下午三點鐘辦理入住結果前台告知衹有有噪音的房間，另外幾間沒有噪音的房間還沒有整理出來，讓我們在大廳等了半個多小時，收拾完了之後還沒有主動告知我們，我們去問了前台才查了，然後告訴我們收拾好了可以入住了。但是我在攜程還訂了一個提前四小時入住，結果下午三點鐘到點房間還沒有收拾出來，並且預訂時看到包含早餐結果前台説沒有早餐需要自己買，後來是找攜程客服才解決房間包含早餐這件事情。到房間之後房間面積小，和圖片不一樣，圖片上看上去房間面積很大但實際不是。不僅如此衞生間的馬桶也很臟，要求換房結果帶我們去看了房間説都是這樣的馬桶，酒店就衹説是因為設施舊才會這樣，給了我們一次性馬桶墊，但是那個馬桶墊不適配智能馬桶，太小了也根本裝不上去。淋浴間花灑臟，都是黃黃的還有很多水漬，淋浴間的地面也不是很乾凈。床鋪的邊上有很多灰塵，但我們的房間是剛收拾出來的不應該有這麼多灰塵懷疑是酒店不更換床單。
