The family room was really spacious, more than enough for the three of us. You could even squeeze in six people if you really tried, with two on the large bed, two on the bunk beds, and two on the sofa bed! It's perfect for family trips like graduation ceremonies. The soundproofing in the hotel is great; we barely heard any noise from outside or next door. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. The location is convenient too, close to the subway station and with a bus stop right outside. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but at least it's clean. From a practical and value-for-money perspective, it's fantastic.

My stay during the May Day holiday was very pleasant, and I was extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and quickly. They were kind and courteous, patiently and thoroughly answering all my questions, making for a great service experience. The hotel room layout was well-organized, the environment was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and well-equipped. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Parking was very convenient for self-drivers, with plenty of spaces and easy access, which was a great relief. The hotel breakfast was outstanding, with a rich and diverse selection of dishes, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, congee, beverages, and fruits – everything you could want. The food was delicious, ingredients were fresh, and it could meet various dining needs. Overall, it offered great value for money, a perfect experience, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel's location is pretty good; it's right near the Beishatan subway exit, just a short walk across the street. It's super convenient for getting to the Bird's Nest, only one subway stop away. However, if you're attending a concert, I wouldn't really recommend staying near the Bird's Nest. This area is quite far from Beijing's main attractions, and since the subway is so convenient, you'd be better off staying closer to the Forbidden City for easier access to everything. When I first entered the room, there was a noticeable odor, and there was a lot of hair behind the door that hadn't been cleaned up. The sheets didn't feel particularly clean either; there were still some hairs or lint on them. Ordering takeout wasn't very convenient, mainly because there's only one delivery robot, and it's incredibly slow. My food waited downstairs for almost half an hour before it was brought up. On the plus side, the hot water was excellent, and the showerhead was decent, with a good water flow. The room size was also quite generous, making it relatively comfortable for two people.

Overall, it was okay, but the carpet was a bit dirty and hard to maintain. The breakfast spread was good, but you need to go at the right time, otherwise, you might find the buffet trays empty. The water temperature deserves praise; opening the hot tap directly gives you a comfortable temperature!

The Aoyao Hotel is conveniently located near the Olympic Business District. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the entire place is clean and tidy. It offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, very satisfied.

Excellent. I even got upgraded during my stay. It was fantastic. Very clean and welcoming. They even provided a bath bomb. Thank you! When leaving the parking lot, just scan the QR code. Free parking.

It's not very soundproof. They gave us some celebratory soup. Around midnight, a staff member was cleaning, following me everywhere. It didn't stop until 2 AM, which was really annoying. The poor soundproofing led me to upgrade to an executive room, but there was still a pipe noise or something that lasted all night. I was too tired to switch rooms again... It was just okay.

Plenty of toilet paper and tissues were provided. The floor staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby receptionists were warm, thoughtful, and provided excellent service! The slippers were of good quality. We were especially satisfied. The transportation was also convenient. 👍👍👍👍👍
