We had a great stay at the Grand Bay Hotel! Luna contacted us the day before we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was perfect and the scenery at and around the hotel was gorgeous. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.

The hotel, as well as the service, met my expectations and surpassed my wife's expectations. We were both very happy during our time in the hotel, as Luna was very helpful and attentive to our questions.

We were easily able to upgrade from a garden view to a room with a private pool. It was expensive but very worthwhile & we would go again for a special occasion. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and full of children (take your headphones!).

Excellent guest experience! Amy's butler service is superb! Like the hot spring and steam room facility and kids facility! Can tell that the staff are genuine and well-trained. Highly recommended for a relaxing and wellness experience!

The rooms at the Bay Hotel are comfortable and the hot spring is really great. The kids came here for their birthdays! Luna, the butler at the Bay Mid-level, was so considerate. She made detailed arrangements before we checked in and helped us book the sound therapy! After we checked in, she gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel and many warm tips. She also treated the kids to ice cream! We climbed the mountain, played ball, and had a spa. The whole vacation was really great!

I really like this hot spring healing hotel. The facilities are complete and clean, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. There are more than a dozen hot spring pools on the mountain with open-air and breathable natural scenery, which is very unique. I experienced the sweat steaming of Bian stone and sea salt in the health care center, which was very refreshing. The hotel is equipped with full butler service. The butler Amy is very enthusiastic to recommend the projects and make reservations. There are many people queuing for breakfast on weekends. The Chinese restaurant on Saturday night obviously has limited reception capacity. Many dishes were sold out after seven o'clock. Overall, it feels quite suitable for a short stay and relaxation. It should be very good to come during off-peak hours when there are fewer people 👍

Traveling with parents, the hotel has beautiful scenery, clean and comfortable rooms, good bedding, the elderly sleep very comfortably, hot springs, health centers, all like it very much, the food is also good, all service staff are polite and thoughtful, especially the housekeeper Vivian, contact in advance, inform the content of the activities and reservation methods, and also help with reservations. Considering the inconvenience of the elderly, the hotel extended check-out to 14:00, thank you very much! I will come again in the future and will recommend it to friends.

Travel during off-peak hours, a one-stop vacation with children, various ball games, swimming and hot springs, Chinese and Western restaurants are also delicious, especially beef noodles... The overall service experience is superb, the housekeeper Alice is enthusiastic and thoughtful beyond expectations, and the two masters provide high-quality car washing service after parking in the basement.

She responded patiently and carefully from the time she arrived at the hotel to the time she left the hotel. I look forward to being my housekeeper next time. The twin room is very convenient for two adults and one child. You can insert a chair at the end of the bed to make a bed. The hotel breakfast and dinner are very satisfactory, very rich, and taste very good. The children's playground is very large, which can meet the static and dynamic play needs of different children. The scenery of the back mountain is good, suitable for people who love to exercise, the hot spring scenery is good, and the two small and one large swimming pools are suitable for big and small friends respectively. During the stay, Amy introduced us to various entertainment facilities, helped us make reservations, and reminded us from time to time. She gave a lot of help throughout the process and was very kind. Although the room was full on the day we stayed, it was not crowded anywhere, and the experience was very good.
