YUJING HOTEL

The hotel was very well located, clean, with a beautiful interior and very welcoming. Keep in mind it is a bit small, most rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator and also the street in front of the hotel is narrow so it is difficult for taxis to reach it. This was not a problem for us since we knew it beforehand and the neighbourhood is traditional. The only problem was the shower - the water pressure was low and the flow and temperature were unstable.

In the heart of Futong, yet far enough from the main road to feel both lively and quiet. The hotel's service was top notch — we had an issue with our luggage arriving, but the staff did everything they could to help. Definitely recommend!

Good: - The location was quite good for the price, it is in the middle of Nanluoguxiang Hutong, close to many tourist attractions - The service and the staff were nice Not so good: - The room is a bit old and musty? If you prefer more modern and clean vibes, I would not recommend this hotel. - The bathroom and toilet is directly connected and there is no door between shower and toilet. So when you shower the water will splash onto the floor of the toilet, which makes it hard to use the toilet later without getting your feet wet. - There is a gap between curtain and windows that is visible from the shower on the ground floor. If someone is walking through the alley behind the hotel it is 100% possible to see the shower. This makes it very uncomfortable to shower. I would advise female travellers to be careful and not to book this hotel. - Because the hotel is in the hutong, it is not possible for cars to come close to the door. You must walk ~10 minutes to the train station to take taxi or DiDi Overall, I would not book this hotel again

The location is nice, its on a street where the locals live but close to shops and restaurants. There is a local restaurant right beside it and a beer bar around the corner. Both were great! The room itself was tidy and was cleaned everyday. The airco cooled down the room nicely, which was great after being out in the heat all day. The bed was also very cozy and we slept very well. We enjoyed our stay so much that when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night, we tried booking an extra night but it was fully booked.
