Hampton by Hilton Beijing Yunhe Business District Reviews

This is my second stay here. I booked a twin room, which was a good size, clean and tidy. The shower and toilet were separated by glass doors. The staff were all very warm and attentive, and the front desk ladies especially made me feel right at home.

The shuttle service to Universal Studios was excellent, with special thanks to Xiao Li, Xiao He, and Didi for their great service. We also enjoyed the robot delivery service for meals, the quiet rooms, and the rich breakfast.

The room was really spacious, even better than it looked in the hotel's pictures, and very clean. The bedding and large bath towels were super comfortable, making for a great stay. The service was top-notch too! It's incredibly convenient for Universal Studios, and there are tons of delivery options nearby – you can order anything you crave. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Universal.

Excellent! Very close to Universal Studios. I left something behind, and the staff, Zhang Liwei, was kind enough to mail it to me, which was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful and served quickly. As a Gold member, they proactively upgraded my room, which was a very nice touch.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios with the kids. The two-night package deal we got on Ctrip was a real bargain. The hotel's shuttle bus to Universal was super convenient, dropping us right off at the parking lot. The room's facilities and overall quality were standard Hampton Inn, making for a very comfortable stay. Many Hampton Inns offer local specialty breakfasts, but this one didn't have any Beijing-specific options, which they might consider adding. Also, compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at, the breakfast selection and variety were a bit lacking!

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful; they even thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions when I checked in. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted great. The location is also perfect, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. This hotel offers excellent value for money – I highly recommend it to everyone!

Okay, clean and hygienic.

Clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was plentiful, and they have a laundry room and gym. Service was responsive and the value for money was excellent. A solid choice for both business and family travel.

The room wasn't clean; there were still items left behind by the previous guest. The front desk service was practically non-existent; they didn't even say a word when I checked out. Breakfast was scarce and the quality was poor. Overall, it's a no-go. Don't book here 🙅

The room amenities are standard Hampton Inn facilities, generally clean and minimalist. The service was enthusiastic overall; on the first day, I checked in quite late, and they called beforehand to confirm and arrange the room. They were also proactive in helping with any requests.
