Because I booked a double bed in advance, I didn't know that twin rooms face the road, so I asked the front desk tentatively if I could change to a quieter room. Although it was not allowed by the procedure, the front desk guy still tried his best to find a room that faced the road but had a window with a shield. Thank you so much (bow). Before checking out, I was delayed by some things and asked for a half-hour delay in check-out. The hotel readily agreed. It was so considerate. The most regrettable thing was that I couldn't get up to eat the hotel breakfast. I will definitely do it next time (I secretly pray that I will pass the exam in one try!!!)
