While the pictures on Trip.com portray a stunningly beautiful hotel this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in over three years in China. This is definitely not an International hotel and Trip.com needs to review this hotels 5 star service. Language was a huge issue and we had our room phone ringing at 11.30pm at night and then knocking on our room door at 12.30am in the morning as not one person could speak English to let us know what they wanted. The food is not even remotely what is pictured on Trip.com. The Boutique room….disgusting with a view of a blue roof….Such a disappointment.

怎麼説呢，入住那麼多家五鑽，五星酒店，我從來不給差評。這次住店我真的要給個差評了。
1.別的房間我不知道，這個房間出奇的悶熱，完事空調冷氣還打不開，屋裡又悶又熱，一整晚都沒睡，不蓋被子都出汗。
2.打開陽台門透透氣發現外面是個封閉生態酒店吃飯的地方，打開門外面有人喝酒吃飯吵鬧的非常厲害，不開就悶熱的很，而且還沒有紗窗門。
3.衞生間浴缸里加上水上面漂浮着一些白色透明的東西。
4.我訂的外賣，工作人員説什麼都不讓外賣員送上去，而且工作人員也不送，非讓放刷卡門的門口。那個刷卡門也沒鎖，誰都能進出，我不明白不讓送上去的意義是什麼。
5.早餐品種少的可憐，所有品種加起來也就10來種，不過看到40來塊錢的價格也就認了。
6.酒店洗漱用品你就不能放在客房麼。辦理入住的時候前台給牙具，然後房間裏其他什麼都沒有，化粧棉，鬍鬚套裝，浴帽等等啥也沒有。
我真的是無力吐槽了。

温泉池水上漂油花是為什麼？放了兩次都有，早餐的品種太少了，比較敷衍。90%是半成品，蒸籠還沒蓋子，服務員發現了也沒管，明檔的餛飩大小算中等吧，一碗多要了仨，第二個人再多讓煮仨就不順利了，最後還是少給了一個。
