Beijing Shunyi District 5-star Hotels

Crowne Plaza is an great hotel, not far from airport. Room are excellent. All People are great with customers. Room service at any time.

Just had an overnight stay for travel purposes. Slightly irritating that only one desk clerk was available at both check-in and check-out. When arriving late at night the last thing you want to do is wait in line for 5 minutes. Same for check out, especially if you happened to sleep in a bit due to travel fatigue. It was a place to bed down so I made no use of anything else. Extremely neat and tidy. Free airport shuttle makes things easy. Will stay there again due to the location near the airport.

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

There is no cold dish in the general hotel, but it is presented in Western-style ham salad, and there is no stir-fried vegetable. Decent smoked salmon slices, mackerel, and various Western-style ham slices taste particularly good. This kind of dish is a test of freshness, quality, and cooking skills. The chefs of the national test do it very well! There are freshly boiled noodles and dumplings to choose from, and the hot chicken soup tastes good. People come and go in the restaurant, and the chefs also run from time to time, adding dishes to us, filling up the food boxes, and there are fresh and hot meals whenever we go, and there is no empty situation. 👍🏻The chef team is very young, they are all in their early twenties, they don’t have the shaking hands like the canteen auntie, the amount of food is sufficient, and the attitude is very good. The lady who cooks the noodles is so gentle! The little sister and brother who made marshmallows are very patient. All the children in the restaurant have been running to ask for marshmallows. The deluxe double bed room for four people, two people and two children, the room is very spacious, there is no problem for four people, and it is not crowded when walking back and forth. The toilet is also quite large, with a bathtub and a sealed shower, but the toilets are also in the same room, and you need to queue up to use one by one. There is a problem. Turning on the exhaust fan will make the toilet smell bad. It is better to turn it off. We stayed for two days in a row and were in the same room, so when we went out during the day, I said hello to the cleaning auntie. I didn’t need to pack the bedding. Just make up all the things that should be made up. It’s okay to make up the toilet paper and change the wet bath towels. With the mentality of reducing the burden on them. It's not a big deal, but I paid for the package, and you promised me these rights, and it would be unpleasant to lose some. 4⃣️Facilities: As shown in Figure 12.13, there are both indoor swimming pools and outdoor paddling pools. There are four indoor pools, ranging from 1.4 meters to 1.6 meters, and a wading pool, where many children play in the water. The outdoor Yangba is relatively shallow. It is recommended to bring your own swimming ring and other water toys. It is said that the props there are rented for money, and I personally think it is not worth it. Great hotel next to the airport (shuttle goes every 30min/point and half; walking takes around 20min). Friendly staff (Leo, Serena, Jessie and all of the others). Beautiful room. I was upgrated from Superior Room to a Suite with Extra Bedroom. If I stay at Beijing's airport I will choose Cordis again. Tolles Hotel direkt am Flughafen (der Shuttle-Bus fährt alle 30min/zur vollen und halben Stunde/zu Fuß braucht man etwa 20min). Freundliches Personal (Leo, Serena, Jessie und all die anderen). Wunderschönes Zimmer. Ich wurde ubgegrated von einem Superior Zimmer zu einer Suite mit Extra Schlafzimmer. Wenn ich erneut am Flughafen Peking übernachte, werde ich wieder das Cordis buchen. Hu 机场旁边的很棒的酒店（班车每30分钟一班；步行约需20分钟）。友好的工作人员（Leo,Serena,Jessie和所有其他人）。漂亮的房间。我从高级房被升级到了一个带额外卧室的套房。如果我住在北京机场，我会再次选择康得思。

The environment of the hotel is very ecological. There is a big lake on the side and a children's activity area. It feels good to spend a day in it. There is a villa area, which looks tall. The room facilities are good, the breakfast is ok, and the parking is free. But the evening buffet is not too expensive. 🍃 Environment:

I went on a business trip around Shunyi for research and chose a high-scoring hotel, so I came here. The hotel lobby is very well decorated, there is a very special Christmas tree, and there is a gym with good fitness equipment and a very good environment. The service staff of the hotel are also very professional. They greet us all the way. The park is very big and there is a lake in the center. The hotel service staff also said that there are many fruits here in autumn. It is a pity that we did not see them this time. If it snows, it should be possible. It's beautiful. After I took my luggage, the service staff kept mentioning the room because there is no elevator on the low floor. The concierge also asked about the check-out time and asked for help with the luggage. It was very nice. Breakfast was also delivered to the room. The food was quite rich. The waiter also gave me a fruit plate. Surprisingly, there was also a handwritten blessing, which was very touching. grateful. Quite a good stay experience.

The location of the hotel is so closed to the MRT stat - 崇文门，the entrance/exit is just right in-front of the hotel! As it was off-peak season when we visited Beijing, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed. We really appreciate the kind act. While I was still at other part of China, I thought of ordering something online and use this hotel as the receiving end, I thought of just checking it out, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel does provide such service and the staff helpfully guided me on how to do so. After I checked into the hotel and gotten the item I ordered, a few days later, but sadly the item didn't suit me, the hotel again provides the service of allowing the courier staff to go to the counter to collect back the return item. I was amazed by the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times.

Stay away! The saving grace came from Trip.com which enabled me to terminate our booking without penalty. Awful garbage smell in the room. We checked in at 1am due to late flight arrival. Upon entering the room we we’re concerned about a strange smell in the room. We thought it would go away so we just opened the window. It was late we decided we would ignore the smell but by 6.30 am we couldn’t ignore the foul smell anymore. So we wrote to trip.com to terminate our booking. By 9am we’re ready to check out. At the checkout counter the staff was gracious and friendly and she said our booking was terminated at our request. Just too many faults with this hotel room. Chair needs to be replaced. It easily toppled backwards. Toilet door can’t completely closed. Not sufficient electrical outlets to plug your devices. Curtains are dirty. No hooks in toilet. Only positive staff was friendly.

Location is EXCELLENT! It's just across the subway. And there are plenty of shopping malls and flagship stores for many international brands around. Super convenient with restaurants that serve super delicious local meals just next to the hotel. Staff is super attentive even in the middle of the night. Room bed and blankets are comfortable. Enough supply of bottles of water everyday. Free flow is Chinese tea and coffee at the lobby is definitely a big plus!! The only down side is the cigarette smoke at the corridor of the rooms.
