房間是挺大的，不過有很多缺陷，一要收按金，按金有時候衹給現金不能原路返回，二是房間喝個水都要收費，去別的地方訂酒店房間都會贈送兩瓶礦泉水，這裏的四塊錢一瓶收費，沒啥人情味借把雨傘收按金50，想用個一次性洗髮水要收費，去過柳州去過桂林酒店體驗感都挺好的，在北流啥都要收費啊，誰懂啊家人們，體驗感非常差！！！！

其他的各方面都還挺好的，有早餐，
不滿意的地方，估計也是所有顧客所顧慮的地方，
不應該把我們身份訊息以及家庭住址和身份證號碼打出來，包括電話號，這樣子，我感覺對私隱是極為不好的，如果被不法分子拿去很麻煩的，至少騷擾電話很多，希望酒店高層怎麼調解一下這個問題？哪怕把身份證號碼後，四位或者中間的打上馬賽克，或者是小數點代替也好，我們正常登記完，我覺得沒必要把我們打出來那麼清晰，對不對？

先説優點：房間的熱水可以，衞生還行，前台服務可以，房間隔音效果好，早餐阿姨服務好，但早餐要在8點前去吃，晚了就沒有多少選擇了，房間裝修有點老舊，窗太小通風不好，房間悶悶的，整個房間的燈光太暗光線不好，早上起來上粧打開窗簾都看不清楚，被子太薄了，不開空調製熱15度以下氣温凍得不能入睡。沒有多少不靠馬路的房間，晚上有點吵。

第一次住，體驗很差，安排的308
房是有剛退房的，裏面空調還涼着，衞生也沒搞，煙味濃郁，臭，後面我電話反應了，還説不是的，説是乾淨的房間。我堅決不要住，後面才換309給我住。還有308房間的飲用水沒標名説多少金額一瓶，消費不明白。床頭人地板有煙頭，我拍有圖片的，我是見噁心，刪掉了，沒辦法上傳。你可以調監控看，詢問衞生員打掃的就明白了。住店感覺，很下等，北流市旅行大大打折
