This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night.
