Be aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.

Very clean, small bed available only for our stay. Perfect stop after or before taking the plane. Near the airport. Breakfast only, no dining. The personnel is friendly and quite helpful.

Overall good for one night.
Just the pool was a bit dirty and had no stairs. Also the restaurant was closed so we ordered in. But breakfast was included and was very nice. Thank you!

Very run down .. pictures are extremely deceiving. Not worth the money at all. Just a place to sleep.
Positive note: place is clean and smells nice. Outside yard and pool is terrible
False advertising on restaurant and bar. You will need to go out. Location not near anything for food.

Close to Cancún Airport, the hotel is a good pace to stay the night before your flight. You have to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but you can use uber or another ride service at half the cost of a taxi to get back to the airport.

The staff was helpful, but the rooms were lacking many standard amenities. Bathroom, shower spraying against the wall, no ventilation, no hair dryer. The A/C never pulled the humidity out of the room and noising. Hallway noise echoed down the hall and doors slamming throughout the night. No security latch for the hollow door. And the TV was terrible. Had to hold the remote behind the tv where the receiver was to change channels. The food and breakfast sub par. Beautiful grounds, but, I will skip and not recommend this hotel.

Front desk agent was very rude. Location is unsafe, room size is incredibly small compared to photos. Never tell a guest “you can read a book” when asking what can we do

Stay at the airport Hilton! Don't bother we with Villa Palmeras as transport is exorbitant!
