Dorint properties in Berlin

The Dorint Hotel is located on Berlin's Ku'damm, making it very conveniently located for public transport. The reception is staffed by several extremely friendly and helpful employees! Hats off! Our room on the 5th floor was about 35m², so quite large, but also a bit dated. The (old) carpeting is definitely outdated, as is the furniture. I don't like an empty minibar! A kettle is useless if there are no tea bags available. The ”bummer” for me was the attempt to clean and make our room only every two days. I received a message to this effect on the second day, which I objected to, whereupon my bed was made daily. The breakfast was very good and varied. Compliments. However, THIS service staff could have been given a smile and friendliness. After four days of rain, there was unfortunately no umbrella, and the neck support pillow was also out. The 5th star still needs a lot of work!!!
